I ABSOLUTELY hate anything that deals with cars! I don't even like putting gas in the thing...that said, I was way overdue for an oil change (like waaaay....it was haunting me in my dreams that the engine was going to lock)..AND I first started hearing my brakes squeal like 4 months ago (possibly a little grind here and there)....so for the main reason that I hate car maintenance is because they (mechanics) always try to get over on me! And I had put things off so long that I like HAD to go and face the music. US Auto Center's advertisement fell out of the heavens and landed before my eyes! It was either a sign from the car gods or nosey Google putting the ad on my Facebook timeline because I had been looking for a new auto shop (I don't like going to places where I feel ripped off, so every time I need my car serviced...I search for a new joint). Anyway, I took my car to US Auto Center and by my surprise..wait...first...they had some jams on the stereo....but they gave me a comforting vibe that they weren't tryna hit me over the head with a list of things that "needed to be done in order for my car to ever work again." Everything that I went in for was all that "needed" to be done....and was ALL I paid for. I was happy, my ride was happy....no more backing that thing up with the extremely loud and embarrassing noises...AND no more nightmares about my engine locking up....the prices were fair and I'm absolutely grateful to have found an auto shop that I will frequent for all and every bit of car stuff that me and my car needs!

They did a good job cleaning my Tacoma but there was a few spot on the outside of the truck I wish they would have paid attention to more. I had a few spots that had residue from an old sticker that they waxed over, I was able to scrape off with my finger nail and a wet rag. After the first rain I noticed that the water beaded up nicely everywhere except the roof. It didn't look like they waxed up there. The tires and everything looked great but didn't have that wet shine look like I expected but everything looked clean and new. I paid for the second level package and was told a different price over the phone. Over all I was happy and I got in on a coupon or special so the price was good. I would go back again if they had their deals again.

took my SLK350 in for some body work and they did a wonderful job! I was rear ended and the back was just completely gone, took my car in and when I went to pick it up, my car looked new again! the customer service was amazing! great people, and most importantly my car looked brand new again! thanks gorilla detail!

Took my 2007 Maxima in because it had deep key marks on both sides of the car. I was not expecting the scratches to go away, but to my surprise, they managed to make the car look as new again. Jason and his team are excellent, would definitely come back.
