I had a screw in my tire and was losing air pressure. I called to see if they could fit me in and they did with ease. The person working the front desk was friendly/professional and the waiting area was inviting. The price for the service was also lower than I expected. This may be my new go-to for all vehicle maintenance.

I've been coming here for about three years now. I just had my factory scheduled service and one repair on my 2009 VW Jetta. Everything went well, including the repair. The communication was excellent before (scheduling), during, and after the service was performed. No surprises or go-backs. Price was reasonable. My experience is that they will let you know if something else needs attention and the relative importance of it being attended to immediately or later.

Very courteous and professional staff. They discuss what they find and the cost estimate and get your approval before they start work on your vehicle. I enjoyed my experience at Advanced Auto Tech and highly recommend them to anyone.

* The team always looks for the most effective and cost-effective way to keep my vehicles good running order ' their professional AND happy too !! Kindness and a smile is needed when your car/truck is going in for repair or just a check up. The shop where the work is done is clean the client waiting area is very cozy TV Wi-Fi something to drink. I believe the integrity of everyone is for the best interest of the clients ~everything getting done and working together as a team, to accomplish the proper way to take care of the vehicle. the technology text messages are very cool. If you don't know a lot about vehicles you need to have a team that is honest & reliable and can tell you what needs to be done why it needs to be done and how I and they go about getting it done. We have been going to this shop for many many years. Stop bye see for your self Say hi to Mellisa at the front desk she will help you and Ben is always close bye also!

These guys are very reliable and great customer service. I love that I can get a text message and see pictures of everything that needs to be fixed and work with them on a plan that fits my budget.

Generally, a good experience. The shop itself doesn't present as high-end or attractive by any means but its customer waiting area is pretty decent featuring changeable cable tv, a mini-frig with cold drinks, and free wifi with 23M/12M speeds. However, a tire/wheel/alignment job that should've taken 2 hrs instead took 4 hrs with no explanation, none. Also, my request to put the old wheels/rims in the new ones' boxes was ignored/forgotten until I was ready to leave. I don't know what's happening to tradesmen/craftsmen today but they're not getting better through training, education, and better tools/systems. You have to be more involved in their supervision than anyone should ever have to be.

I called last minute to get an inspection done on my vehicle. Coming from out of state, I wasn't fully aware of what needs to get done. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone in explaining what I needed to do to get my vehicle "DMV" ready. He quickly got me in and out and was very patient while explaining a few things over the phone prior to pick up. When I came to pick up the car, Melissa was also very friendly. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Tech. I realized today that his shop is around the corner from my wifes' job. Wish I knew that before...it would have made getting the car serviced much easier.

Just took my Camry in for a radiator replacement. They were very friendly and quick with service. Cheaper then other places I got quotes from. They made a mistake when fixing the vehicle, but they fixed it quickly, correctly, and fairly. Kudos to Ben for great customer service.

Only because there isn't a "no star" option. Guy is a real j**** Had a major transmission overhaul for him and he said he'd price it out and call me back. After 2 days I called him back to see if he had a price for me then he pretty much told me to "Go F myself" and that he didn't have time for my truck. Guess the stars have to be in line for this shop to handle your vehicle. At least could have referred me to another good transmission shop in the area. Being a business owner myself I would never just blow a potential customer off like that. Don't bother with this place
