Exactly the place that gives mechanics a bad reputation. I was greeted poorly walking in on time for an appointment where I had selected a multipoint inspection and for them to investigate my check engine light. After 2.5 hours where the first hour was working other cars, the guy with glasses handed me a form showing it’s my entire fuel pump system to replace and gonna be $1300. Then warned me it would only get worse and fail so I better get it replaced… this is a lot to take in and it felt like a pressure tactic. He wasn’t polite or nice about it. I didn’t like the explanation he gave and lack of details. I left for a second opinion and they also never did the multipoint inspection… and it cost $176…. Really disappointed.

I took a chance. Found them online.
Excellent customer service. I’ve only been twice but I’m happy with the work that’s been done so far.

Had a horrible experience here after having taking my car for a state inspection I noticed when I got home my truck had a dent. They hit my car and never notified me. They refused to check their cameras or show me and said the dent was "suspicious" just the fact that they refused to check the cameras says alot about them to me. Do not recommend .

They are honest and reliable. I can and did do my own routine maintenance but now do not. I trust them when I say, “Change the oil and let me know what else you recommend.” Comfy waiting room w/snacks and drinks and clean restroom.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS!
The staff is rude and inconsistent with how they inspect a vehicle. It really depends on which tech you get that day. We had our vehicle inspected here 2 years in a row. Nothing changed with the vehicle yet the tech who did the inspection this year decided the tint was illegal. We have a clear tint that protects against UV rays. It's clear film, not tint!!! It passed last year though. Virginia state law code § 46.2-1052 states "colored or tinted film". Not only did they remove the current inspection sticker that was valid until the end of the month, they put a "REJECTED" label in it's place (Thanks...Appreciated that move). I highly recommend you use a more reputable company.

Highly recommend AAT! Their service was quick and efficient, they took time to explain everything about my repairs/service, and they provided a loaner car to me for free as a return customer. Will definitely be going back.
