I have a 1991 Mazda pick up that I bought for work. The lawn service guy ran his mower over my gravel drive way a shot rocks all over the place busting my driver side window. The local body shop could not find a replacement glass because the truck is so old. Best Auto had one "new" with whoever makes them still. Being from out state from their location I was like is this legitimate? They are! came via UPS fast and damaged free.

Best Price and same day sourcing for my glass with very friendly service. I was very pleased. Safelite failed on me for several weeks and just let to maximum frustration. A Best Auto Glass saved the day!

Best Auto Glass replaced the window for about half the quote I received from Safelite. I was able to get a same day appointment and out of the place in less than two hours. Employees were very nice too. I highly recommend this place.

My mother's windshield got cracked so last week I went to the Lorton location to receive a quote and information about the process to replace my windshield. The man was helpful and answered all my questions, and also checked his system for the car model's windshield to which he confirmed he had available. I told him I would bring the car in the following week when I was off, since my mother struggles driving to places she's unfamiliar with.A week later I called to inform him that we would be on our way and he said that I should go to the Fall's Church location instead of the Lorton location, this was due to the fact that there wasn't a technician available at Lorton. This was already an inconvenience since the Lorton location was just 10 minutes from home. I asked him again how long it would take to install and he assured me that it would take 45-50 minutes. When we arrived at 10:15am, we were told it would take a little over an hour to install since they didn't have the windshield available. This was very frustrating since they had previously informed me that they did have it available, but we didn't make a fuss since it was just a few minutes extended than expected.My mother and I walked to the Mosaic District for breakfast, we came back an hour later expecting everything to be ready but the windshield still had not arrived. It took over an hour for the windshield to finally arrive, and while the technician was installing the windshield he asked me if I wanted to replace the mold around the windshield for an extra $50 charge, I asked my mother who said no, and I relayed the message to him. I had looked at the mold while he was working, and I noticed he had already cut it into pieces before asking our permission. When the job was finally done he told us he had replaced the mold anyway and would charge $30 instead of $50 since we said no to this previously. We just payed because we wanted out of there. The invoice he texted me was at 1:15pm.In conclusion what was meant to be a less than one hour installment took three hours, and we were charged for molding that didn't even need to be replaced since my mother's vehicle is fairly new (3 years). He either accidentally damaged the mold or purposely did so to charge us extra. Speaking of charge, we later found out my mother's coworker was charged $280, while they charged us $425 for the same work (not including the $30 mold charge). Mind you the cars are different but why wouldn't there be a flat consistent rate for the same work?The money was one thing but you can't put a price on time, especially when you're working full time with little time off. we both had plans that we had to cancel due to the constant delay, and we had to deal with their smug unprofessionalism on top of it all, with no accountability or apology whatsoever. We left feeling unsatisfied with their service, and feeling like we had been taken advantage of. I, by no means would ever recommend them to anyone. Hope you have a better than we had dealing with them. Stay blessed!

Avoid at all costs!!! Agreed to pay $500 based on the promise the windshield would not need recalibration (said they've done it a thousand times) and guess what? Lane assist doesn't work anymore!! I had left town so he said to come back when in town, explained to him that I travel for business and that it could take a month or two (sent him the picture of the inactive lane assist message a day after I left his shop). On top of that, there was a small dent above the windshield on the body! So now I don't have lane assist and they don't want to help! Liars! One employee even admitted they fired the guy who worked on my van. I will file a complaint with regulators and dispute the charge as this is a rip off. Ali is nice until you pay them. If anything goes wrong during installation, they won't take responsibility. No ethics! Came back to town 45 days later and went to see him as we agreed. Initially he said to come back tomorrow morning so that a tech could take a look but then he said if it needs recalibration that I would pay half of it! I agreed on $500 because they said recalibration would not be required, they never told me it might. Then when I showed him the damage, he got angry for some reason and said not to come back and he that he doesn't wanna do anything. He also tried to say that it was fine when I left. Lastly, the quality of the glass is not like OEM. Save yourself the headache and avoid, don't be fooled by the good reviews.Update: bank refunded me the $500 after they conducted an investigation and concluded promised services weren't performed.

I need to start off by saying that I have NEVER left a review for any business. I am so impressed with this company for how quickly and efficiently they helped me get what I needed. The rear driver side window of my car had broken a few months ago. I searched for a while for affordable windows and would keep finding them for around $200+ and safelite wanted over $300 to repair it. Money has been tight with a new baby on the way and I wanted to be sure my car was safe enough for the little one. I found their store on eBay motors and they had my window in stock for $75 (with free shipping). I’m usually skeptical with purchasing items online, but they messaged me to confirm my VIN# and guaranteed that the window would fit. On top of being courteous and professional, the window arrived a week early in excellent condition! They saved me so much time, money, and hassle that I felt it appropriate to leave this review for anyone in a similar position. You guys are amazing and I wish I could thank you all personally!Attached is a photo of the new window fully installed

When I got to my car in the morning, my passenger side window was broken in. Best auto took my car that morning and fixed it in 2 hours. Awesome

This place is a ripoff. They sent me the WRONG PART in one day , then gave me a partial refund instead of a full refund after a month calling ebay !!?? Completely unprofessional! Never again!

A Best Auto Glass was referred to me by a family member. From the start both Reza and Roya provided top tier customer service. My back windshield was damaged from an accident and they were able to get me in the following day, cleaned up the glass pieces, and completed the repair within 24 hours. The windshield replacement was a custom order due to the model of my car. On the day the repair was scheduled there was a small discrepancy with the VIN and order from the supplier. Reza was able to find a local manufacturer with the right glass model same day. Upon install he informed me the glass was a level up from the standard tint and no additional charges would apply since it was the manufacturer who made the error. The windshield also came with a Life Time Warranty! Great communication, pricing, quality and overall customer service.
