The owner is a really nice lady. And which is why I hate to say this but the delivery driver called my girlfriend to ask her where she was located which spoiled the surprise of her getting flowers. And not Only that 1 of them was broken when it arrived. In their defense I have not called them to complain as I'm sure they will make it right if I did but I'm a very busy person and have not had the opportunity to call to complain. They have made such deliveries on 3 other occasions without a hitch or a problem. So I would still recommend them.

Nice folks and they aim to please. I had a monthly subscription for monthly flowers online. Although the warrantee for getting great flowers was great, the flowers themselves were not consistent. The Flower Cottage arrangements always look good and fresh and last about 2weeks or more.

Thank you so very much for not only the absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement delivered to my mother for her birthday but for going above and beyond and filled with graciousness after a very unprofessional experience with another local florist who cancelled my order at the last minute. As I live in a different state and could not get to see my mother for her birthday your willingness to come to the rescue was a blessing and the arrangement could not have been more lovely. I’ve never received such thoughtful or stunning bouquets! The Flower Cottage is our favorite place for the most beautiful arrangements- they’ve even recreated my wedding bouquet with a gorgeous selection of all the same flowers I carried years ago! Highly recommend them for all your floral needs!!

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the Flower Cottage. I needed last minute funeral flowers and they were fantastic with helping me out. They were extremely nice and the flowers were beautiful. They are local and I will use the again!

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter, and it is absolutely stunning. The florist deftly arranged flowers of every color and complimentary type achieving an elegant wildflower effect. And, she did this in a beautiful ceramic travel mug featuring bright watercolor artwork of humming birds and flowers that completed the gift. It is absolutely gorgeous, and my daughter loves it! Thank you so much for the truly thoughtful and impressive arrangement!
