Recently inquired about an FJ cruiser they had for sale, Would've been shipping said vehicle to my area for context. I'm in the auto industry so I understand good customer service when it comes to buying/selling a vehicle. After seeing this ad online for a great priced FJ with good miles I knew I had to jump on it. Immediately purchased a CarFax and it lined up with what the ad was showing. Got in contact with who im assuming is a sales rep or owner Eric. Eric seemed super cool over text, showing me cosmetic issues that he deemed worthy of showing me prior to me making any commitment towards the vehicle. I then purchased a pre purchase inspection for the vehicle because frankly i don't trust small used dealerships. After waiting a couple days the inspection came back and mechanically the vehicle seemed sound according to the inspector but along with the 200+ pictures involved in the PPI it showed ALL of the cosmetic issues and rust. Revisiting my previous comment on Eric showing me cosmetic issues of the vehicle he conveniently missed out on a massive scratch above the driver door handle, A massive dent and hole in what appeared to be the bumper. The skid plate underneath being affected by protruding rust to the point where there was holes. Many other things from door latches being rusted out to the rear window being delaminated. Overall not a great experience considering how eager I was to purchase this vehicle and If i had never bought a 200$ inspection I would've purchased the vehicle & paid to have it shipped just to find out it was not nearly in the condition it was advertised. If you find a vehicle you like at this dealership and you're not local enough to inspect it yourself I can't stress enough how much id encourage you to have a Pre-purchase inspection done on it before you may find yourself in a similar situation.

100% recommend this place! They work on the cars, the cars are clean, every one we test drove ran nicely. The prices are a steal. Eric and Porsche are super nice and took time after hours to make sure we got the car. The best dealership we’ve gone through.

I recently purchased a used 2001 Chevy S-10 from E&M Autos and the entire car buying experience was incredible. I first spoke with Eric who was awesome and very accommodating to my schedule. I called them on a Saturday and test drove that Monday afternoon. Eric and his team addressed and answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure the truck was perfect when I drove it off the lot.
At first, I struggled to find somewhere that would finance a 2001 car, but once I submitted a financing application on their website, it could not have been easier. I worked with Portia over the phone and on email, and through E&M's bank connections, they were able to find me an auto loan with the monthly payment I wanted and a rate that I was happy with. At the dealership, Portia helped me through all the paperwork and was very knowledgeable, kind and a wonder to work with.
I'd definitely recommend E&M. Their top priority was making sure I was satisfied and that I loved the truck I was getting. Never once did I feel like they were just trying to get a car off the lot.

About a year ago, I purchased a 2005 F250 6.0 from E&M. The condition of the truck was too nice to pass on as well as the fact that the truck had been studded and was equipped with components (ex. coolant filter, etc) to prevent common 6.0 problems. After owning the truck for over a year now I’ve had no surprises or issues what so ever. The truck runs and drives just like it did when I got it. Although the 6 liter diesels are known for being problematic, E&M does a great job finding mint, good condition trucks that will last and they ensure that trucks that leave the lot are in good running condition. On top of this, Eric and Porcha are very family friendly and honest people. They both do a very good job!

E&M is great to work with!! We had a wonderful experience buying our van from Eric. E&M puts integrity back into used auto sales! Eric and his Mom were wonderful to work with--we were treated as family. Eric even texted us later that evening to make sure we made it home safely after driving two+ hours. Would definitely return!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this dealership and their commitment to honesty, integrity and excellence. I was looking for a used truck and wasn't having much luck with other dealers, many of them not being honest and most just out to make a buck.Eric, the owner, and his Mom, Portia, were such a pleasure to deal with from the very first time I came to the lot. Eric was very friendly and helpful answering questions and did not pressure me in any way to make a sale. After I took a test drive and decided on a 2011 Ram, Portia (who is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet), took me through the purchase paperwork, explaining each step and making it such an easy process.I will say what I'm most impressed about is their commitment to integrity. The few weeks after I brought the truck home, the check engine light came on several different times. Each time I brought the truck back to the shop, Eric had his technician diagnose and fix the problem without hesitation. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.I would recommend E&M Auto to anyone! We need more businesses like this in the world.

I bought a 2002 Ford Ranger 4x4 5 speed from E&M two years ago and it's a strong truck although the clutch was very hard to engage so I replaced the slave cylinder and clutch as well and that fixed the problem other than that it's been a tough ole Ford, I drive it daily to Manassas and cover a lot of back roads, pulls like a tank., Good strong 3.0 V6, I'd buy from E&M again.

I have been looking for quite some time for a Toyota Highlander. I finally came across a 2005 Highlander at E&M Auto Sales in Locust Grove,Va. which got me interested. From the moment I made the inquiry about the vehicle with the used car dealership. Eric made me feel like I was family. He answered all my questions before I even got there and even took additional pictures for me as I requested. I drove up there to look at the car and took it for a ride, and I knew from the moment I got into the car. This was the car that I wanted. I brought the car back and I met Eric‘s mother who I will say is a magnificent woman. She made me feel like I was family as well. Eric and his mom both held the vehicle for me while I arranged my financing with my lending institution without any money down. It was the smoothest transaction of a vehicle that I have ever encountered. If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend going to E&M Auto Sales. You will not be disappointed. MOM and Eric thank you very much for everything that you did for me in purchasing this vehicle. I look forward to driving it for many years to come. Over the last few years, I have stopped by E & M Motor Sales to look at their inventory and have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of vehicles they have on their lot. Every time I have stopped by to inquire about a particular vehicle, Eric has handed me the keys and allowed me to look at the vehicle without hassling me and told me if I had any questions to come and see him.This past weekend, 13-May-2023, I stopped by to inquire about a beautiful 2006 F-350 turbodiesel he recently posted. Again, he handed me the keys, told me to look it over and to find him if I had any questions. Absolutely no hassle and I love that when searching for my next purchase.After looking the truck over and comparing it to how he listed it on his website, he did not lie at all. Unlike other used car dealers I have dealt with in the past, Eric and the team at E & M have been the most up front.I proceeded to the office and was greeted by Misty who was just absolutely amazing. Again, no pressure even though I was in business mindset, Mist and Eric both wanted to get to know me as a person and not just a paycheck. So, we talked for an hour or so before making the transaction which was flawless. Misty is very experienced in what she does and is very detail oriented.Both Eric and Misty stressed that if I have any issues with my purchase to contact them immediately and they would get me in immediately to fix it. I don’t understand why they have nothing but 5 stars because these folks are absolutely amazing.I highly recommend E & M Auto Sales. I know I will be going back should I need another vehicle in the future. Kudos to Eric, Misty and the entire E & M team! Keep up the great work!!
