I forgot my mediation at our primary residence about 1.5 hours away. The pharmacist verified my prescription via an app and my ID, and gave me single pill. This is a huge deal, as withdrawal is terrible and she really came through for me!

This has happened so many times. My husband drove up to CVS on Goodwin Drive to pick up one medication for him and two for me. I called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy before 12:00 today. They said they would be ready this afternoon. When he got there they had mine but not his.While he was there I received a text saying his was ready for pick up.Not only do they not have their stuff together, they are rude.

The head pharmacist there, JOHN REID, is absolutely hateful and taunts patients about the medications they’re on. He’s a very cold and judgmental person who gives you a difficult time for no reason other than to satisfy his God complex. Zero stars.

One of the worst CVS I've been to. Numerous times my medication was incorrect. At first I thought maybe my doctor sent over the incorrect amount, however the doctor did not make any mistake, the CVS did. The worst part is that the correct prescription is on the label, they just continued to fill it incorrectly. So I would highly recommend you check your medication before you leave the counter.Recently my significant other had surgery and was perscribed medication to assist with her post surgery pain, sent over at 8am and wasn't ready until 2pm. Ofcourse we found out it wasnt ready after waiting in a line that was almost to the front of the store. You can't even call this CVS to check on the status, they just let the phones ring.Do yourself a favor, and use the wallgreens on the way to Fredericksburg or any other store. This CVS is a joke.

Worst run pharmacy I have ever had experience with. You can't reach them by phone to renew your prescription. Therefore, you stand in one line to renew or turn in a prescription and another line to pick it up. Woe be unto you if you stand in the wrong line. And theN there is the rudeness you sometimes have to deal with. I keep threatening to go farther down Plank road, but keep going back because of the convenience. Sad reputation for CVS.

Very helpful staff and very helpful pharmacist who is capable of thinking outside of the box (especially when there's a shortage on children's medicine). Although it's an old location, this is the best experience I've ever had at a CVS. Blows the 6010 Plank location out of the water.

Second time at this CVS to get a Covid booster shot for my now 10 year old. Only place in the area that has the vaccine for this age so made the extra long trip out there again. Bad decision. Same thing happened as last year: Made appointment, received 3 separate confirmations of appointment, arrived at store, name was called by the same older gentleman pharmacist behind his desk area. I came up to counter, he never moved nor stood up but loudly stated across the pharmacy that they were out of the vaccine and they would notify us when they received it. Nothing more. No apology. Nothing. Bad enough their system is broken, only made worse by the lack of any customer service.

It's worth the drive to go further down plank rd and go to the other CVS. It's clean, smells so much better than Goodwin drive. But most important the pharmacist and cashiers are not rude, their happy and greeting everyone coming in and leaving, and also you're transaction with the pharmacy is not a freaking nightmare

Today was the first time I filled a prescription at the Locust Grove CVS. The pharmacy staff were efficient, thorough, and friendly. After leaving the pharmacy, I wandered around the store. A different staffer asked if I needed help finding anything. Everyone seemed upbeat and happy to be at work. Kudos to Michaela, the assistant manager who was working the register. I imagine she is fostering a good work environment leading to a pleasant customer experience.

I have to say this is the most organized, friendly, caring CVS I have been to.Today specifically I went in to get my Flu shot. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was very kind. I never felt the stick. 10 stars ??THANK YOU.The check in was fast easy ??

All locations are not answering thier phones- store and pharmacy. I live out about 20 min. From most locations. Spent over an hour on three attempts to contact them. Been with CVS 22 years- I will find another pharmacy company.
