“Amazing service & kind humans. Not many want to or will work on a Mini Cooper. But Thompson Auto went above and beyond. I was expecting them just to check the basics and they sent us a full inspection with pictures. The best part is they didn’t only highlight what was wrong but also told us what wasn’t wrong. My daughter’s car was fixed in a super timely manner and best part it was actually fixed. I walked away with a sad bank account but with a happy kid And confidence in the repairs. “Fast, honest and quality work. We were in a real tough spot, discovering that we had a flat tire after driving from upstate NY, on our way down to FL. Despite being late in the afternoon, the guys at Opal patched us up in roughly 15 minutes. They are extremely reasonable in pricing and will only fix what is actually needed. “Nice small shop where you get to know the guys and they take good care of you. A look and listen to the cars in the shop and l knew it was the place for me. Found out quickly that Ace is passionate about his work and has racing experience. Joel who also worked on my car (2019 Bullitt Mustang) wanted to show me the old shifter he’d removed and compare it to the brand new one. He obviously loves cars too.A super good thing l got done here was detailing. My car was purchased used and had a lot of fine scratches. Ace recommended “clay bar” detailing. I’m really glad l went with that. Now the Highland green paint looks like new.Many thanks, guys.”

“Must hand it to the folks at Carworks - excellent job!! My 2021 Prius was hit by a buck that ran into the car, hitting the driver's side. It's antlers struck the side of the windshield and most of the damage was the front left panel and left two doors. The car was fixed within 2 weeks...only maybe 7 or 8 business days! Not only that, but there is absolutely no issue that I can find, a flawless job! Good as new! Highly recommend, and Progressive is my carrier via Stephanie at Puffenbarger Insurance, Culpeper.”

“Punctured my JD 1025R Tractor Rear tire from a piece of glass on the side of the road. I called multiple tire locations from Culpeper to Manassas. I spoke with Greg with Rice Tires at 12 PM. Greg explained if I got it to him than he would get it done that day. I delivered it and he got me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Incredible service I would recommend going there for all services.”

After reading several reviews, it’s puzzling that they find the lady at the front to be rude or unkind, that has not been my experience at all, in fact it’s the opposite.
