Horrible experience just trying to get a refund. The kid Jacob at customer service was more interested in talking and texting than helping me. Also he insinuated that I was the reason the item didn’t work instead of it being purchased that way. It’s what they get for hiring a kid to do a man’s job. When I asked to speak to a manager said he was the manager on duty and refused to call anyone.

I bought a phone that was supposed to be an unlocked phone. I went home and discovered it was actually a locked one. Customer care couldn’t process my return because apparently it should have had a SIM card. I explained that I did not buy it with a sim, they still insisted that it should have had a SIM card. Long story short, I wasn’t treated right at customer care. Customer care can definitely do better.
Megan has a terrible attitude.
Carrie was passively awful too.
Tina was awesome despite being caught up in the chaos.
Electronics did what was required
Jimmy (coach) was very professional.

Had two cashiers,two more than my last visit. Store looked cleaner and a bit more organized.

You should stay open past 11:00 you know people need it need to shop after 12:00 after they get off from work this is one of the worst Walmarts.

The young ladies that stand and watch you scan your items aren't helpful and if there's a problem with the scanner,they make you feel like you're bothering them if you need assistance!! Totally rude and snobbish behavior. The older people who work there are absolutely amazing and respectful.
