“In February 2024 I asked Paula Martin to list my house in Raphine. She and Jessie came out and "cased the joint" and decided on what would be the highest marketable asking price. I agreed. Steve came out with his drone's eye and his personal eyes. Together they made my house look better than my own eyes had been seeing. They placed it on the market and it sold four days later to the first visitor at the full price.
The daunting administrative process was handled with a minimum of involvement on my part. Every time Paula called all I had to say was "OK". The procedure was efficient and flawless. Closing was without issue.
