Went twice for a drug test for employment purposes and the first time something happened to my sample. The second time I went I couldn’t even give a sample because I didn’t have a code or QR Code (didn’t need one)

They give me an appointment, and then they tell me they couldn't make me an exam. After I drove an hour to arrive to Quest.

I'm just thinking aloud here... the waiting room was full of walkin patients. I got in after them and left before bc I took 1 sec at home to get an appointment. Let walkins claim an appointment time upon check in?? Loved breezing in and out effortlessly. Thank you for that option!!

I recently moved to Lexington. I dropped off a sputum sample for testing on 10/5. I’ve been waiting for results ever since. When I inquired/requested results, I was told that the results could not be found. I just called the billing department to ensure I did not get billed for this negligence. There is absolutely no record that I even dropped off sputum on 10/5! Completely unacceptable!I dropped off a second sample yesterday (10/16). I hope you haven’t lost that sample as well!

Very rude customer support. Called because my doctor has not received a copy of the results in the past three weeks. I was told they were going to fax the results, again, but I said Ill pick up a copy. Lady said I can't get a copy of my own results for 30 days!!! What policy is this and medically an issue to hold important blood results.

I was Greeted by Kelly who is such a wonderful Person, she took me back to the office and she was very kind and gentle. i had a Problem with my requisition,for some reason wasn't pulling up in the system and since that its already paid for in advance Kelly was concerned that if she send it i might get billed for it again. she was so nice to go an extra step and talk to my Dr. office to inform them that it seems that there is something wrong and that my information is not showing up in her system, she got every thing resolved before i leave the office and get my test done. I really appreciate her help and concern making sure every thing is right for me even though all she had to do was take my blood sample and send it.. Thank you so much I had Very nice experience at this location The place is very clean and recommend this Lab.
