Roadmap CoffeeWorks - Roastery, Tasting Room and Drive Thru
2345 N Lee Hwy, LexingtonBougie, pinky's out, delicious. I'm an amateur coffee snob and always on the lookout for a great single origin pour over in my travels. This place has it. They roast their own beans, and they do a damn fine job. (We left with a bag.) The tasting notes are accurate. Also, they serve phenomenal baked goods. They do not make them, but their source is top notch. I trust their coffee and their judgement. You should too. Stop in get a cup!

Heliotrope Brewery
128 S Main St, LexingtonI enjoyed the beers - Chess Club Fist Fight and Arcadian Rhythm were standouts. Also love that they had a Brown Ale (Bob Paisley) on tap, which is uncommon. Got a flight and also tried some of the Castle Hill Cider. Service was fast and friendly, and the place had a cool vibe on the inside.Food was more of a mixed bag. We had a Portobello pizza, which was a little lacking in substance for the price. Also two Carnivore Paninis that were a little greasy and light on the mozzarella cheese. While everything was cooked well, few of the flavors really stood out.

Devils Backbone Brewing Company - Outpost Tap Room & Kitchen
3303 50 N Wind Ln, LexingtonPlace is very large, with a huge seating area in and out. We were working our way back from Roanoke trying to complete the Brewery Trail to get a shirt. Waited almost 10 mins to be seated. Got a nice table on the deck, with a fantastic view. The food was ok, nothing overly special. Found the burger to be dry and basic. The Jalapeño Poppers were excellent, though. Their system was messing up and kept getting our orders wrong. We had multiple servers, and they all were very nice and worked on trying to get everything correct. They also have a corn hole pit, so you can play some while there. DB beer is always good and always worth getting a draft or two. location is nice, well worth stopping by and checking it out.

Macado's
30 N Main St, LexingtonIf I could give more stars I would! Out of all the places we've ate at in Lexington, this was by far the best! The buns on the BLT and burger were so soft and sooo good! Fries were hot and fresh! Sangria, I wish I could make it that way! A little loud inside but it is a Bar atmosphere.. service was quick and friendly! Highly recommended!
