Will recently helped us sell our home. The experience was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. He was there with us from the initial meeting to closing. The 3D technology he uses for a virtual home tour was very beneficial. I would highly recommend Will Moore to help you sell your home. You will not be disappointed..

I worked with Will Moore to sell my land in Rockbridge County. I no longer live in the area, and I appreciated Will's getting involved directly as needed, for example in finding information about the owners' association that I myself didn't know. He also created and maintained an attractive posting for the land online, though the eventual buyer was local. I recommend Will and his firm highly.

100 times better than H and K properties. Trust me when I tell you that you will get screwed if you rent from them. Jm Moore is more professional and won't steal your money during the renting process like H and K. I rented from both places.

This company is great! They are honest and professional. I used both JM Moore and H and K properties while living in Lexington. DO NOT use H and K if you want your security deposit back.I worked with Katrina Flowers at JM Moore she was absolutely wonderful and honest.

Update- this management company seems to have turned it around during our last year of renting from them! After undergoing some management changes and moving some staff around, James William Moore seems like a solid company now. Ask for Leigh Ann if you need help with anything. She came on board and was prompt and helpful with any issues that we had and made a concerted effort to turn things around for us. We had friendly service and left on good terms with these guys!Very unprofessional company. Here's a fun fact about James William Moore Real Estate. We have been renting from them for a year and a half. We had raw sewage sitting in our basement damaging everything we had down there and unresolved for 22 days last Spring bc of a faulty repair from before we ever moved in. I was nine months pregnant living over a basement filled with raw sewage. I called and left messages but was told it was one employees mistake then another's... yet no resolution. Pretty awesome. I had to get the city inspector involved before they would fix it. Prior to that our dryer went out while we had family in town over Thanksgiving last year. The homeowner's insisted we try a dryer that they had sitting around in their garage that had dead cockroaches in it before buying a new dryer a week and a half later. Oh- and that dryer didn't even work. And that's just off the top of my head. Contractors at our home to fix a varied list of broken and unkept items have all complained about the cheap nature of the management company and how this company conducts business. After missing a leak that dripped water into our kitchen ceiling for over SIX months, a new contractor came out and fixed the problem and found drywall hammered into a paint stick ruler serving as a two by four from a previous, shoddy repair made by their contractor on staff. So fast forward to this week. Husband finishing law school finals, I have a 5 month old, 3 year old and full time job. We are told that one of our utility bills has been in the homeowner's name since we moved in last week. We've had several bill issues since there are additional properties with the same address so I asked for copies of the bills which we received Thursday or Friday. We are now back in Texas for the holidays and have been contacted several times by the landlord. I told them via email today that we would review and pay the day after we are back in town and not a second sooner since we have been more than patient with them and because we are enjoying our holiday. Jerry Moore called me back immediately and insisted that I return her call by the end of the day- No please, thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. I had my husband call back and he spoke with Jim Moore, a wizard equally adept at customer service, who personally told my husband that he is going to start eviction proceedings this evening if we don't pay these bills by close of business today. Seems pretty sketchy and really makes me want to review these bills more closely. It's all pretty disgusting. I was warned about this company before we moved here and our dealings with them have been disappointing to say the least.

Great reality company to work with whether renting, buying, or selling. Very friendly people all around.
