I called 2x on different days and was advised that it would only be $80 to file my 2021 taxes. I was advised both times that I would be able to get an advancement card & this was confirmed three additional times of going into the store. I was quoted $4870 is what I was getting back however I actually only got $3770 back. Also, I ended up paying $718 to file both 2020 & 2021 just to be told the only way to get the $3770 was to go back to the store to pick my documents up & mail them

Without going into the details of my experience, let me say that of you want intelligent professionals to do you taxes, by all means go elsewhere. Jenny White in particular is an incompetent lout.
