Took my 9 year old here to get her ears pierced, and the lady that pierced them was so kind! She was so patient, and very friendly which made the process so smoothe.

Hess & Co. is our go-to for once in a lifetime pieces (like engagement and wedding rings) to beautiful basic jewelry (like classic chains and earrings), and everything in between. Plus their customer care and repair services are top-notch; we even trusted Eddie with my late grandmother's antique pearls (and he did a fantastic job!). I can't say enough great things about Eddie, Barbara, Caitlin, and the rest of the team!

This is the most unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company for any of their jewelry business. They took advantage of my 16 year old son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, upsold him a $342 wedding band when all he we wanted was a Christmas ring for his girlfriend. He was told the wedding band could be used for anything, it didn't have to be a wedding band. When we tried to return the ring, the owner told us "he couldn't help the retard didn't know what he was getting" and refused to take the ring back unless we were exchanging it or getting store credit. This was the same day and the ring hadn't even been unwrapped. The store could have resold the ring without a loss. This was unreasonable and very unprofessional to use this type of language.

I noticed not matching ring and set pieces in stocks!!!! Not big selection and prices were not able to be negotiated. But that's figured I guess. But made a happy family member thanks for that! And a day to remember with family as a trip thanks

Called about scrapping gold to see the current prices, and I mentioned that the piece was a necklace and pendant. The gentleman on the phone quickly said " it doesn't matter, you'll get scrap price..which I knew. But when I asked again for their prices to match against others, I was told I would have to bring it in for the jeweler to look at. If it's scrap, what's to look at? It's real. If you buy scrap metals, it shouldn't be too hard to look up the price each morning to.give potential customers an idea. A waste of both of our time.
