Last Saturday we were helped by Rick. It was such a fun laid back experience that we are so excited to be picking up our 2 new kayaks today. No sales pressure, just a good time and great advice for 2 people getting into kayaking. We are so excited!!!

Bob was very rude. We went to the other store first because the website was showing it was there and it wasn’t. My husband drove another 30 minutes there to get the right one and the Bob guy was so rude. Wouldn’t throw in a $20 cup holder for going the extra mile.

I had to get a replacements part for a landing gear from Native kayak and I could not find anyone to help me. I contacted Bob and he went above and beyond to make sure he could get me the parts.

I want to say thank you to Bob's Up the Creek Outfitters. Amazing customer service! HUGE inventory! Very courteous staff answered my many emails. My Vanhunks Shad was ready for pickup sooner than the estimated 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Wow I'm so impressed. It was such a small order, but boy did they do everything to help me. I placed an order for the Bonafide EX123 Flex-wings. After they had been shipped I realized that I had bought the SS type instead of the correct type for my kayak. Chris (at Bob's Up The Creek) tried to intercept the original order to no avail, then recommended the correct part, helped me place a new order and even sent me a prepaid label for the shipping. Fantastic service, you just don't get this at Austin Canoe and Kayak, or anywhere else in my experience.
