Good place for old cars and trucks. Just to go and walk the site alone is worth it.

STEPS FOR HAVING A NON-HOSTILE EXPERIENCE:1. Be Respectful, Knock and announce your presence with a "Hello".2. Greet the Owner and **BE HUMBLE** this Gentleman isn't "Poor" by any means. He's got a fortune in skeletons down there from what I looked at (and what I saw are some treasures!)3. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT try to purchase any Parts, Buy the Whole Vehicle or go elsewhere, Do not try to convince him to take any parts off for you, he doesn't have time for that and if you ask more than once, you will agitate him.4. DO NOT come to this place in a Group, Max 2-3 people, If you are caught stealing, you will regret it. Families worth of people have come here thinking they would be able to steal from him with diversion and subterfuge, trust me, that's an extremely bad idea. He is very intelligent, don't let appearances deceive you.5. NO Personal Vehicles on the Yard. You Walk, you look, you decide if you want to buy the vehicle you find. Do Not Vandalize the Vehicles, there are Wireless Trailcams all over the property..(And No, you won't see them if you aren't actively looking for them)6. Don't come down here looking for perfection, some of these cars have been down on that yard for 40+ years, I saw a number of Late 80's Plates. Thankfully these cars aren't Completely rusted out. And believe me, your heart will hurt seeing some of the cars down there that are irreparable.7. LASTLY, And most importantly.. NO.. BEFORE YOU ASK HIM, there aren't any of those down here... NO FD3S's, MK.4's, GTR's. NOTHING Fast and the Furious. If you are looking for Mid-70's to Late-80's American Spec Japanese and European cars, You will find them here.WARNING ROTARY FANBOYS: If you heard about this place in the Rotary Circle,I'm sorry to tell you, but The Blue 74-76 REPU Here is a Lawn Ornament. It's completely rusted out. It's Not worth the trouble. I looked at it and It hurts. **UNLESS you have deep pockets and a Fabrication Shop, Leave it to Rust In Peace.**The 74-76 Couriers are BAD as well, cabs are rotted out, hood latches are completely cancered out. Sorry to burst any bubbles. The halfway decent one I found I bought. I left the REPU because these Couriers are in better shape...There are 2 SA's, 3 FBs, and two FCs. ALL are Sunroof cars, majority manuals from what I saw. There are two Wrecked R100s.TOYOTA, There are is One Supra Mk.3 Black N/A, Automatic. There are a handful of Celica Supras and Celicas in the Oldschool Side. There are 4 Karmann Ghias, A Boatload of Donkmobiles, A handful of 2dr Muscle cars, there are some International Scouts, I know I saw a 66 2dr Impala Convertible. A 67 2dr Riviera too. THE 72 CHEVELLE SS AND 71 MALIBU ARE SOLD Don't bother looking for them.

The owner is unpredictable, short tempered, agitated easily and can become very hostile without reasoning. Used to be a wonderful place to buy from. Now I would not go back.

I have bought thousands of dollars worth of items from Leons for over ten years. Never have I ever had him be so disrespectful and hostile for no reason. I called multiple times beforehand to which I never got a response. So I proceeded to drive 45 minutes up there only to be insulted and disrespected for NO REASON. Bringing up items from YEARS ago that have not even been discussed recently, and as far as I knew were resolved, yet now he is suddenly infuriated about it. Which was literally only my disapproval to pay his asking price at the time, which often changed depending on day and time without reason. I never once insulted him or his character, I simply debated price, which had happened many times before without issue. Im not sure if his mind is slipping, he was just angry and I ended up being the unfortunate target of his anger, or just the business is failing that badly and he took it out on me, but I did not deserve the outright disrespect I recieved especially after I've sent multiple customers to him before this, many of which COULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING DUE TO HIS INABILITY TO EVEN PROVIDE THE SERVICES TO WHICH HE ADVERTISES OR TO PROPERLY COMMUNICATE NORMALLY IN A MANNER THAT MADE THOSE CUSTOMERS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. Not to mention the photos and evidence I have that he has stored vehicles that have oil, fuel, and coolant in them after both Culpeper and Madison have gotten on him about it. Which is the reason he crushes so many cars and started crushing more and more to try to hide his innability to correctly run a business that was once very stable and profitable. He is one individual running a junkyard that his father gave him, and its concurent downhill spiral has shown the shortcomings of his attempt at keeping it at the same caliber it used to be. Otherwise his business would still be like it was years ago where you could barely find a parking spot and cash flowed in with each customer. Now he has nearly closed multiple times because of this failure and chooses to ignore it. His innability to even have and maintain employees shows his failure as a business owner. A junkyard cannot be correctly ran and kept organized by one person alone. He places blame everywhere but where its most important. A junkyard of that size in today's society with the rise in used car sales could be largely profitable with the correct management and organziation, yet he ignores any idea of change and sums it up to a lesser than ideal outcome when in reality the current path of this business will lead to closure or the more than hopeful outcome that an actual intellegent business owner may purchase it and right the wrongs that has now plagued the junkyard i loved growing up. The fact that the owner(Leon) literally tried to hold, out of nowhere, something he supposedly did for my deceased grandparent's over my head as some pathetic form of leverage to help his demand of respect from me to which at this point was not deserved nor will ever be shown after his blatant display of disrespect. My family discredited his stories and further prooved that Leon needs some help and its not in the form of what he is currently doing. I feel sorry for him and his family, or anyone who crosses him on a bad day like I did. I will never be going back. Please if you read this, consider going to another junkyard first. I have recommended all of my customers to now avoid him and suggest everyone else to do the same.
