“I came in here at 11:30 in the morning on the day of a 6 pm black tie event when my Rent The Runway order got lost in transit and wouldn’t be delivered in time. In less than an hour these ladies had me try on over a dozen dresses, and I bought 2 because they were both stunning and I couldn’t decide between them. Plus a bag and earrings to accessorize! I got so many compliments later that night! Rent The Runway?? Never heard of her.”
“A very nice store they have a very large selection of shirts jeans jean jackets and other apparel it's very clean very organized store very helpful staff if you're not able to find what you're exactly looking for here they're able to do some special orders for anything related to Levi's brands they have dressing rooms available now and that are open was able to find several items today that I've been looking for some other family members found some items too this is a good good place for adults and teens and Levi's is always been a very good pair of jeans they make very nice shirts and jean jackets as well and other items they've been doing this for a long time and these outlet stores they have this one here in Leesburg is a very good one we do highly recommend”
“My friend and I stopped in to check out belts and the manager on duty, Lacey, was super helpful. The outlet mall is not a fun place to work and I remember it well; so it was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone so upbeat and nice working there. Lacey is clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service and she is a huge asset to Lucky. Please give her a raise and promote her because great people in retail are hard to find.”
“Ross is definitely better than other similar discount stores. They carry better brands, and the store is usually much cleaner and more organized, which makes shopping more enjoyable.
The only downside is the checkout experience. No matter what time you go—even on weekends—there are usually just one or two cashiers, which leads to long lines every time. It’s the only thing that takes away from an otherwise great shopping experience.
Still, for the value and quality, I keep coming back!”

“The 4 stars go to Marina the manager at this location. We had a wonderful thoughtful discussion. She took my comment personally and she works hard to ensure customer service is a top priority.
The one star is for the customer service I did not experience in the store like the other customers inside. No one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I received more help from customer than the sales clerk. The sales clerk kept interrupting our conversation to ask if the other customer was ok and needed anything. Not once asking if I needed help. When at the check out counter a different sales clerk looks at me and leaves the register for the other lady who ignored me to check me out. The lady checking me out only at that point asked if I found everything ok and I said no. No one stopped to ask me. I told her about how she interrupted my conversation with another customer multiple times. No response no nothing. I walked out.”
