There is a reason why this place is rated close to 5 stars for the reviews they have. Superb experience for everyone - our family, pooch and the customers visiting the store. People at the store love pets and their demeanor/attitude truly demonstrates that. My spouse took our pooch for grooming - made us feel so comfortable as if they knew us for years. Treated everyone with empathy, friendliness and professionalism - what else do you expect from any service provider - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - they will get our repeat business.

If you have pet go visit Wiggle butts. Cindy, the owner, is knowledgeable and dedicated to the wellbeing of pets she's never even met. She is one of the most kind hearted people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend checking out their bakery and all the fun treats they have. Spoiled yourself and your pet and go!

This is such an amazing store! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a super cute self serve wash $15 in the back of the store. Their quality dog food both dry and freezer types are the reason we shop here.

This is my go to for food and treats! Cindy is just a really great person and is so knowledgeable. I feel welcome each time I am in the shop and they always have all sorts of great treats for our big chewer of a dog. Just an all around great experience and a great example of shopping locally!

Super cute pet store. They carry high quality pet food. We shop for Open Farm gently cooked food. They also have fresh baked dog treats. Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. There's a self serve dog wash in the very back. It's only $15. The very cool tub comes with a super cute wash and shampoo hose. They provide aprons and towels.

I had to make an emergency run for a healthy pumpkin purée and stopped in for the first time last week. Impressed by their array of offerings in this category and the kindness and knowledge of both the staff and the owners. I hope they increase their cat related inventory in the future.

I never thought in a million years I would be consistently driving from Fairfax to Leesburg because of my dog! My husband and I are OVERWHELMED by the customer service and knowledge of pet health and nutrition of the owner and their employees. They go above and beyond for finding food and treats for my pup who has a poultry allergy and regularly call us when our favorites come in with the deliveries. They made our dog’s birthday cake this year and if I thought they could get any better they exceeded all expectations with their cake. They have a loyal customer for life! We love Wiggle Butt & Whiskers!

I was desperate to bathe my muddy dog after camping and I was able to get to Wiggle Butt & Whiskers before they closed. The staff was so friendly and helpful as I was a first time visitor and they answered every question I had. The bath tub corner is great with a raised tub, apron for you, different types of shampoo, dryer, and towels. They’re a little out of the way for me but I may still make the trip from Reston because it was such a good experience.

the owner was lovely in helping fix the issue with a refund, however for the specific groomer, Michele-I cannot say the same. She was given a photo reference, vocal direction, and my mom emphasized anxiety over the exact cut that he ended up with. It makes my puppy look like a choppy old man. I cannot speak for the other groomers, as I have heard good things. But as far as this specific person goes, if you have the same fear with getting your doodle groomed, I think the photos show.

We love Wiggle buts and whiskers!! Jessi has been our groomer for over 15 years!! We have followed her throughout her career wherever she goes our pets go!! Watching this business blossom has been a great blessing!! They treat every pet with compassion and professionalism! They will not judge by the condition of the pet when it's brought in they just do what is needed to give your pet the best of care! Curtious and knowledgeable staff! We are definitely customers for life! I would also like everyone to realize how incredibly hard being a groomer is! This career is not for the weak that's for sure! We have much respect for the folks that work hard to provide excellent care not only to our pets but all pets that come into their care! You guys truly are ROCK STARS!!

My dog and love this store and all the employees that work there. They are always kind and helpful to all their customers. They are fantastic whether I ask for my receipt or need to ask a million questions about a product. The groomers are fantastic at doing nail trims for my shiba, who are notoriously bad about grooming. When he's having a bad day and needs to be kept separate from other dogs, the staff is fantastic at helping me give him space and keeping his attention off the other dogs.
