I’m a relatively new customer to Wells Fargo. For many years I’ve always used other big banks. I recently moved and had two urgent situations that I needed notary service. It was so easy to book an appointment on Wells Fargo mobile app for such service. And the service was punctual and of good quality. And it’s free! I appreciate it so much for their help!

If I could give this bank Zero stars I would . 8/2 2023 10 am, I walked in and ask the lady teller if I could speak to someone about opening up an account because I wasn’t sure which account was the best suit my needs. She said that there was no one there today that could open up account and to come back tomorrow. I was stunned. OK, I said, can you call the other branch 3 miles away and ask them if they have someone in today that can open up a new account? She said she did not have their number but that I should go online and look it up. Haha! OK at that point I decided, if the Customer Service lack so badly, I better take my money elsewhere because obviously Wells Fargo Bank must not want any more new customers. I said thank you and me and my money left. ✌️

The staff and customer service here is excellent. My banker, Jason, was very respectful and explained to me everything I needed to know to make a new account in a very easy way. Overall, the staff are very professional and friendly, would recommend.

Lan is the best. I was calling around to see what branch is fully open so I can bank in person. He was very helpful answering my questions, gave me directions and made a great impression on me from the first moment. He is very kind and took his valuable time to help me. This is going to be my new branch for everything. If you need help make sure to see Lan.

Thankfully I don't have to bank at this location. Just happen to be in the area today. I have been with Wells Fargo and their past banks since 1987. Worst service ever at this branch. Shameful
