The owner and staff are all so sweet and friendly! Lots of treasures can be found here and the end of month half price sale is the bomb!! Never had any issues consigning here and they make it easy. Highly recommend, especially if you like name brand clothes for your kids without the full price tag. Great selection of books for all ages too!

This shop is a hidden gem! They have a great selection of nice, gently used items. Great prices and very friendly staff. Buying new baby clothes is such a waste; they're worn a handful of times then never fit again! This shop provides a sustainable solution without compromising quality. They also have a frequent customer program and monthly sales for even better deals. One star off because the store doesn't have a good website. Also, I have not tried to consign anything there, but it seems like consigners have to sign up with a separate online service to manage their accounts. Can't say for sure but looks like it could be a bit archaic.

I LOVE this place! It has helped me tenfold clothe my two little children with like-new, fashionable, and affordable pieces. How could I have done it without them? Thrift stores don't compare; this place is a gem. Toys and book section is perfectly sized for tots to explore and pick through without it becoming a frenzied "I want I want". I sell my stuff through here too and do fairly well. Most of the time I have a balance that I use when I shop. A lot gets rejected but I don't take offense, they are curating a store, so even if I'm surprised, it isn't unfair. I always choose to pick the rejected pieces up and it is ready for me. Store is very organized and consigning there is a breeze. Easily one of my favorite places to shop or browse :)

The owner is so rude. Bad customer service and owner is okay with being rude even to kids. I just finished encouraging my son to throw his small cup away and the lady at the register had the audacity to sigh through her thick mask and roll her eyes at my sons request. Then she proceeded to tell us this story about her trash and how she couldn't accept it in the store. Instead we needed to walk back outside the store and walk further down to throw it in the outside trash. You need to work on your customer skills and how you approach situations. I would have been fine walking outside to throw the cup away. Your sighing and rolling of the eyes was completely unnecessary and honestly encouraged me to spend my hard earned money at your store. Be kinder. It goes along way. Culpeper location. Incident occurred Friday afternoon.

Amazing options from bicycles, to strollers, to clothing. The people that greet me every time are cordial, informative and remember my name every time. Good deals too.

Update: In response to your reply, Trish, I walked in to you looking irritated and shaking your head “no” at me. While your mobile site does show a notice, which I confirmed afterward, your desktop version did not clearly list 4pm. I can understand if you do not accept items after 4pm; what I don’t believe is fair to your consumer is for you to run your shop, that apparently serves many of 11,000 people, with only one associate who greets a customer with that kind of attitude. My suggestion would be to begin with a polite “hello, thanks for visiting; I’m so sorry but we are short staffed and here is our policy. I’m sorry it was not clearly listed on our website; I’d be happy to look at that with you and show you where to find the info. Perhaps we’ll confirm that our site includes the information and post a sign on the door so next time you are aware before you drag in bags of items. I do appreciate you coming though, is there anything else I can try to assist you with today?” Just a thought. While I appreciate your business in general, now more than ever, the focus needs to be on the people who make it run. From the time a person walks in, to the time they leave, there shouldn’t become a reason for someone to leave feeling as irritated and undervalued as I did. I won’t touch on the consignment process itself. I’ll consider this a mishap and wish your business well going forward. **If you don’t like your job and don’t appreciate the consumers who make your business successfully operate, then don’t do the job. Disgusting attitude from older blonde woman working at this place. Idk if she’s the owner or a disgruntled employee, but it was shameful and disheartening given I’ve been a long time, supportive customer. Won’t be referring this place again. There are better, higher quality places to shop and consign.

Terrible experience at wear it again kids. Walked in and asked if they were accepting items. They said yes. Spent 15 minutes carrying in tons of brand new items strollers, booster seats, clothes and more. I start unloading it in their bins there were a few winter things which they didn't say they weren't accepting until I had already brought everything in and was switching it over. She said they were not accepting until Friday (today is Wednesday) She said she didn't want to go through it. So I had to pack it all up which is fine but she could have told me before I spent all that time bring it all in what they were not accepting. Super rude "manager" had her kids running around the store. Extremely unprofessional and obviously doesn't want to make money if she doesn't want to pick through a few winter things to get multiple brand new items at a steal. Good luck here. I won't be back.

I've always done very well here. I wouldn't say it's crazy cheap or anything like that, but reasonable in price. The selection of toys, clothes, and books always offers something fun. It's probably just me but the "your husband called and said you can buy anything you want" sign always irks me, but that's honestly the only quibble I've ever had with the place. Turnover (in inventory, not employees!) seems high, so it's not weird to go visit every month or so. You'll find things you didn't see before.

I love shopping here for my own children. Prices are reasonable and you are likely to find something in your child's size. I haven't quite figured out why they don't take certain things when consigning. Usually only half of my things get taken. (Obviously I understand nothing looking worn or stains etc) I highly suggest asking for your things back instead of donating so you can see what isn't taken. I had super cute gap dresses and mini Boden items, for example, that weren't taken. I prefer to pass them on to a friend so I was happy to have them back.

Great place to both shop and sell. I always enjoy chatting with the owner and the pricing is fair and quality high.
