This is ridiculous I got a returned item and it was broken and in the same day I got a fishing magnet and they forgot the magnet and I try to call and they never answer this is horrible I don't recommend going there unless you want a broken item or something not in there I certainly we'll not be a customer anymore

Kaye is a door greeter there and she is absolutely horrific. Doesn't need to be working with the public at all.

You never come to expect any kind of exemplary service at a Walmart. This store is no exception. I placed an order for ten outdoor chairs. The store had fifteen in stock. I placed an order for ten of those. Instead, they sold them in store and just canceled my order. It's sad to think incompetent employees ruin orders then try to cover their tracks by canceling other orders.

DO NOT get your tires mounted and balanced here. I paid $77 for them to mount them only for them to be out of balance. (Pics show yellow dot is not lined up with the valve as they're supposed to be) I relied on them because I'm driving 6.5 hours to North Carolina. After discovering the huge vibrating issue on the road, I called this Walmart and spoke to the manager, and they refused to fix the issue they caused, conveniently blamed it on me and an alignment issue which the vibration never happened before. They were very rude, inconsiderate and tried to find any reason to blame it on us. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund for their mistake. STEER CLEAR, they will make your car in worse condition.

Nice place to get a booster, easy to make appt - much easier that my Dr's office. Very uncrowded, nice employees. Also the bonus is this location is a 5 minute drive. Private office to get shot itself.

I was excited about this Walmart opening as the "old" Walmart was quite small and had very limited grocery options. Well, I keep waiting for the experience to get better but it doesn't. From day one they had had chronic problems keeping the shelves stocked. Now combine that with the employees walking around with headphones in shopping for grocery pick-up blocking the isles and blocking access to the shelves oblivious to anything around them it lends to an unpleasant shopping experience. I visit this location less and less. I will say it is one of the best spots to catch sunset though.

So this is my local Walmart and I love it. I'm a Walmart girl so I'm here almost weekly. Okay okay. Almost daily. The vegetables are usually fresh and the grocery section is well stocked. I do 90% of my grocery and home shopping here. The associates aren't the friendliest but honestly I wouldn't be either if I worked at Walmart. I've never had any major issues here and there's also a subway inside in case you're hungry. This place would be perfect if they were open 24 hours. Lol

Updated review... I always try to make it right when a company makes it right for me! After speaking to 3 different customers service people who had varied solutions... I spoke to JEFF whose supervisor agreed to refund all the doubled items EVEN though they did not want me to return them to the store due to the Corona Virus. Some of the items that I won't be able to use before they expire, I will be donating to the school that I work at. I feel bad about receiving double the items for FREE and was happy to return them... but I understand their policy due to the virus. I never expected such a complete and totally satisfying solution to come about. They could not have satisfied me more. That's the Walmart I know and (now) still love. Thank you Walmart of Leesburg and customer service agent, Jeff! Previous review that I gave 1 starThis was these time I used the shop and delivery app through Walmart at this store. Like before, I received an email asking if I wanted to add things to my order... and I did so I attempted to do it. I added a few items to my order and thought everything was fine. There was also a section for items that they "suddenly" didn't have and suggestions for what I could get instead. Some of the exchanged items I was fine with, others I didn't want so I made my selections appropriately. At the correct time, I went to get my groceries. They were very polite and loaded the car. I was asked if I had two orders and I assumed it was the few items I, added so I said yes. No one presented me a receipt, even though my original totals was adjusted. Apparently... they assume you will get it online. Once I got home and opened my trunk... I was in shock! THEY DOUBLED EVERYTHING IN THE ORDER! 4 gallons of milk, 2 sets of eggs, 2 loaves of break. So I called the customer service number and I got someone who did not have clear English that I had to ask to repeat herself 4 times. She looked up my order and said that everything WASN'T doubled... just MOST of it so I now had to empty my entire car of groceries to see what exactly was doubled! Imagine going up the stairs of a townhouse with bad knees with DOUBLE the groceries to have to go back down the stairs to put 1/2 of it back in your car to drive it back to the store! But that wasn't all... all of the items that I said "No" to as replacements were all in the bags AS WELL! Buyer beware... Walmart it great... YES! The shop and delivery service is a nightmare!

Absolutely the worst Walmart I've ever been to, awful customer service. I placed a delivery order on a Friday for delivery on Saturday... it never showed up I called the store 50times to see what was going on but no one ever answered. Finally Sunday morning I drove up and they told me they don't know how it happened and it's not their fault and all they could do for me was give me a $15 gift card.STAY AWAY
