There was not one time I came to this pharmacy and was treated well, I always feel like I am asking them a favor or bothering them. Tonight it was the worst! They closed the windows right in my face at 8:59pm. Opened back in 2 minutes (after I asked someone from the windows) saying I wasn’t there! I have a bright pink sweater and was almost screaming to get one of them attention- I KNEW they close at 9 and pick up doesn’t take more than a minute.\\nI feel so bad for them always unhappy, I understand it must be an overwhelming and tiring job, mine is too! There are limits of tolerance. Just so bad and SAD!

This is the worst Walgreen's I have ever in my life experienced. The staff are highly questionable (strange) and rude. I felt uncomfortable a few times with some of the older challenged male staff they hire who are incredibly abrasive and ignorant. I was with my adult daughter and bought 1 pack of cigarettes and we had to wait for the supervisor to be called to the front to check us out because apparently the younger male working could not sell the cigarettes? The odd older male who claimed to be the supervisor demanded to see both my daughter's and my ID; common sense confirms I am over the legal age of 21. It is one thing to ask for my ID, yet a complete other to require my daughter who is not buying them to show hers as well! This is severely bad business and demeaning not only to me, but to my adult daughter (who does not smoke). If this is how they treat their customers by being incredibly disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and downright belittling then they will never again get my business and I will ensure to tell everyone to avoid this place. Clearly this business and the entire staff are defiled and absolutely know nothing about good customer service, let alone common respect and kindness! Find a better Walgreens, this one is not worth your time unless you like to be treated poorly for no reason at all other than those working there have serious insecurity and other issues and you will be the one who pays for their internal problems.

The worst pharmacy ever. Medications are misplaced or not filled. If my doctor calls in an order there, I have to call them. They say you'll get a text, but the one time I did get a text, my order wasn't ready! There is a lady with a shirt \\\"manager of operations\\\" and she had no idea what she was doing either. It's very unfortunate this one is close to me as other places have there's running smoothly. Someone needs to come from corporate and fix this operation. Very unorganized.

Pharmacist believes he knows more about medication for dogs then my vet of 20 years does. Refused to give me the prescription medication for my dog that I had a prescription from my vet for. When my vet called him he argued with the vet and would not fill it or even give it back to me. I googled the medication and it is perfectly safe for dogs and used alot. Absolute terrible service!!! They do not know what they are doing.

Last fall, I used Walgreens to get my fly shot. It was great. I went to get my second COVID booster. My appointment was at 5 pm. I got my vaccination at 5:45 pm. The pharmacist wore his mask under his chin. No part of his face was covered. He totally misplaced the injection landmark, and went too high and too forward. It was closer to my collarbone than my deltoid muscle. He spent more time dithering that he would have to fill out a card to list my booster and then misspelled my name when he did. So today, I will have to deal with the pharmacy to get a correctly filled out card and then call my physician to deal with the weird pains I am now having in the injection area. I would not recommned going there for a vaccine.

I had a bad experience in the Fort Evans location, so I called over to this photo center on Christmas Eve to see if I could get some prints. The young man running this photo center (he appeared to be of Indian or Middle Eastern background) was just outstanding. He provided fast, excellent service and when I say he was utterly SWAMPED - that's an understatement. I also talked to an associate named Margaret who was extremely helpful and friendly, which was great. I won't ever go back to Fort Evans if I can help it!

Older male running the cash register openly ignored us while he responded to his texts. He took our items, placed them back down, wrote a lengthy text to whomever, and then scanned the items in. But that's not it, after he had scanned the items he picked up his phone AGAIN. We had to wait to insert our card because the chip reader wasn't popped up.Like seriously ? I get it if it's slow but like pulling your phone out multiple times in a 3 minute transaction. Customer service was lacking majorly.

On 10/5 I placed an online, same day photo order. Later that day I received a call from the photo dept stating they hadn't received their ink to make the birthday banner I had ordered and they would keep me posted. On Sunday 10/10, 5 days later I received notification that the banner was ready. When I picked it up and opened it, the banner was done on paper not the Satin I had ordered. It had no birthday message or decor, which I had ordered as well. It had a giant picture and a name, which is not what I had ordered! When I called about it, they failed to take any responsibility, they were rude and disrespectful. The woman didn't even know how to give me my money back! I informed her I would be filing a formal complaint and she didn't care one bit. I called the complaint line this morning and after being on hold for 45 minutes I hung up! I am done with Walgreens. I will never go back. I will move all of my family prescriptions from there and take my business to someone who cares about their customer's happiness. Margaret is the best part of Walgreens and they don't treat her well either!

In a town known for its transient population and generally rude attitude, this Walgreens is a pocket of of old fashioned charm. Margaret in particular is always friendly and bubbly. She has learned my kids names and always asks them about their day. I'm so glad they have a chance to experience an authentic neighborhood vibe.

Some of the employees there are terrible and margret flirts with my husband and she's always telling customers about her private life and I don't care to hear her private things. She also asked my husband when I wasn't there personal questions about whos his wife (me). And Howdaya she's the most rude of the register and she openly admitted she was sick and I was on the register right next to her especially during Corona. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy here is always busy at this location. I transfered our families prescriptions here right after they opened. We always experience a wait at this location. Despite that, I convinced my husband to get his flu shot here this year. We both made appointments, mine was in the morning and his was in the evening. We both wondered what the point of making an appointment was as they took walk-ins in front of us and missed our appointment times by more than 20 minutes. We already transferred a script to a different pharmacy due to price and this will be the last year we get vaccines here. This location needs additional help.

Happy with the customer service. Sometimes the pharmacy gets busy and takes awhile to refill prescriptions. Occasionally the pharmacy is a bit rude when talking with me about insurance questions but I can imagine that is a nightmare to deal with. But overall over the years they have been great!
