Had a problem with my phone which turned out to be a SIM card and they replaced it for free. Likely the first time I've gotten out of the Verizon store without having to pay something. The staff was quick and effective and fix the problem the first time.

Don't believe everything this company tells you there is always a trick in there policies and contact and phone and TVs that don't tell you that real details until after you sign with them and you pay your money very tricky company
