If I could give them a 0 star I would. I was expecting a delivery on Monday the 26th as the tracker said "Out for Delivery by 5:40PM", it reaches past then and then at 10PM I get a notification saying it is scheduled to be delivered Tuesday the 27th. The next day comes and I get another notification that says I have to pick up my package at this location. I scheduled for a redelivery because I asked and paid for a delivery NOT A PICK UP. Next thing you know when I reschedule for it to be delivered the next day, the delivery driver comes up and tries to charge me nearly $50 even though this was not explained in the redelivery request... I do not get how it can be out for delivery one day to the next day claiming I have to come pick it up and then to the next day being redelivered but being charged nearly $50!!! This is ridiculous, do better USPS.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The mailman assigned to my location from this USPS decided to not deliver my mail to me. Then when I called I was told I'd get my mail with a form to fill out. When that didn't happen and I tried to call nobody answered to the point I had to take off work to go to the post office to try to track down my mail...which I still didn't get. And then when I asked for a name or next level supervisor to contact I was told there isn't one. Ridiculous.

Originally they said an item I ordered was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address. Thank you to the postal worker for attempting second delivery and dropping it off.

My son went today to sent express mail for me. I was working and he filed / submitted ,a very expense envelope out that was was not intended to be filed for the purpose . Once approaching the clerk .. he told me me she helped him fill the right envelope and didn’t charge him for the wrong filing one…THANK YOU !

I actually feel bad writing this because I don't like negative reviews. But it's just a negative experience here. The ceiling tiles are sagging, the floors appear to have water damage and the whole place feels like it is stuck in 1975. I feel bad for the employees. It's depressing. They try to help but are overwhelmed. If I'm returning something via UPS I simply show up with my phone and the product, I don't even need a box! Today I had my item in the original packaging but the label was not attached. I was told I had to buy packing tape to affix label. C'mon bro!?!A nice lady in line let me use her tape. Who needs mail delivery 6 days a week? Let's get rid of junk mail, deliver 3 days a week and upgrade facilities.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident involving the USPS service. On June 17th, I created a label and dropped off a return package for Zara Retail using the drop box in the lobby. Despite the lobby being open 24 hours, I decided to drop off the package on the morning of the 18th, a Sunday. To my dismay, the package, valued at approximately $119, never reached its destination.Today, I spoke with Scott, the supervisor, hoping for assistance in locating the missing package. Regrettably, he was unable to provide any meaningful help or conduct a thorough investigation. It is disheartening that USPS, a service I once trusted, has failed to take appropriate responsibility for the loss and has attempted to close my case without proper resolution or a refund.I feel compelled to share this note with the public to highlight the importance of obtaining a receipt for every transaction and to caution against using drop boxes. Without a proper receipt, it seems one's concerns are met with little respect or assistance.I sincerely hope that USPS will take this matter seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, and provide the necessary resolution to rectify this situation. I believe it is essential for a reputable organization to demonstrate professionalism and accountability, particularly in this era of advanced technology.

Pedí mi pedido y no lo entregaron porque según "qué no había nadie", estuve en mi sala toda la mañana a espera que tocaran la puerta, nunca la tocaron nomás me dejaron una nota en el buzón que no me encontraba en casa. Pésimo servicio, no vuelvo a usar USPS ;(Ahora no tengo auto y no puedo manejar para ir por mi paquete, ya se dio por pedido

Fatema at this post office is very rude. She needs customer service training. I was mailing out a box that I had forgotten to put my address on it and she explained to me what to do and so I did. Fatema then proceeded to leave. 5 minutes went by and it was another employee at the desk had to buzz her for her to come back. This place is not welcoming at all. I will not be returning nor continuing my business here. If you're not happy at a job why are you even working there?

I recently moved from Frederick, MD to Leesburg. This place has no customer service. Example is Gale, unpleasant, unfriendly, does not want to move out of her chair.This location never has padded priority mail envelopes when I ask. Never had this issue in any other USPS location. They tell me, ma'am you can order it online for free. Why you, as an official USPS location, cannot order it? If I had a choice, I would chose a different office.

Building is old and decrepit, ceiling tiles are water stained. USPS needs to do better. Passport employee was very kind and helpful.

In and out quickly even during the holiday rush. Postal workers are pleasant and helpful. There's 3 self serve kiosks. Parking is a bit tricky but manageable.

Quite the surprising experience. When I got there, there was a line out the door and my heart sank with the expectation of spending the next hour or so waiting for my turn. Imagine my surprise when less than 15 minutes later, I was walking to my car with my task completed! This is not the post office I remembered!
