I have been a long term patron of several UPS stores where I subscribe for their premium mail services. One location in the Reston area and a second in Leesburg remain active subscriptions. Based on frequent and years of interactions - I assess the Leesburg UPS to be far less customer friendly and frankly greedy with their upsells for additional services (such as passport photos and evening the cost of printing return labels). The Leesburg location charges over double for these services compared to other stores in higher cost of living locations. When challenging Leesburg staff over the exploitive rates, they simply state all UPS stores are different. My recommendation to others who seek mailbox services, please seek options other than the Leesburg UPS store. Shabby customer support and ridiculously high costs for minor services are a clear indicator of this store’s integrity and customer focus. Please consider other options.UPDATE: For RC Sololrio’s “boiler plate” reply, this is not a staff issue. This price gouging is a management issue - you, not your employees. I will offer an example in detail publicly so patrons assessing the quality of service your leadership provides is documented and may help future customers choose mail services with an informed perspective.Example: I needed to return a mail order item to a vendor. The vendor emailed to me the UPS return shipping label. I brought the item to be returned to your store and requested the UPS shipping label be printed. Your staff, using your exorbitant pricing guidelines, stated the fee to print out the label was $7. Clearly price gouging at that rate. Rather than pay your unreasonable fee, I went to the Reston UPS store, where the staff printed the label for me for $2. You seek over three times that rate - no inflationary pressures justify your unreasonable rate. Shame on you. And for future customers, buyer beware of this predatory pricing behavior.

I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me, the only thing I know is that I loved the way he received me, very respectful and a very good employee of the store, very excellent service, I loved it.

Great store great staff. I had a horrible experience at the UPS store down the street. I came to this location and they were great. I will only be using this store from now on.

I love eating the boxes here. Mmmmm yummy boxes. The 12x12x12 boxes taste the best. Yummy. Would recommend for the family

I went to ship a 4lb package and was charged over $200 because of size of box ! The size was do to fact it had a silk flower arrangement in it but it only weighed 4lbs ! That was absolutely ridiculous to charge that amount I could of ordered an already made one from Amazon and shipped for free or much less . But I wanted to make something and send it and I got overcharged . I could of driven it the 7 hours cheaper and gotten it there sooner ! You have become ridiculously priced and I can’t believe that your staff is so whatever that’s the price too. Well you won’t get anymore of my money ..I’m still so overwhelmed by that shipping charge so not right and so unfair!

Didn't measure my item (electric guitar in case) properly, quoted 48 instead of 38 inches long. Also quoted me a price 400$ with packaging shipped to Orlando FL. Given the same dimensions, weights, item value, and destination used for that quote all other UPS stores in the area have quoted me just over 100$ for the exact same thing.
