Unpleasant. They also do not open on time. They just leave folks out in a line, In the heat, well past the posted opening time. They also hang up the phone when you call to just ask for a better time to show.

I practically live at this UPS Store — and not because I’m shipping out side hustle merch or mailing mysterious packages. No, I’m here for the glorious Amazon return ritual — and this location nails it every single time.
You walk in with that little QR code on your phone, hand over the item, and within 30 seconds you’re out the door. No box? No problem. No printer? They’ve got you. It’s honestly smoother than my morning coffee routine.
The staff? Fast, friendly, and unbothered no matter how many people show up with armfuls of bubble mailers and regretful purchases. I’ve been here at least a dozen times, and it’s always the same: quick, painless, professional.
Bonus: the place is always organized, the line (if there is one) moves fast, and they even remind you to grab your receipt. It’s the little things.
If you’re looking for a zero-stress Amazon return drop-off spot, this UPS Store is it. Five stars. No drama. No tape. No complaints. Just vibes and efficiency. 📦✅

The attitude at this UPS location was absolutely terrible. From the moment I walked in, the staff acted like I owed them money, with a completely dismissive attitude and clear unwillingness to help me process my return.
Please go home if you don’t want to work here

The owner is great. I had an emergency one day shipment. The destination was in an extended service area. No overnight service was available. The owner thinking outside of the box figured out a nearby city that the shipment could go to another UPS store for pickup there the next day. With his help he solved our problem.

The Asian man, who is the owner, is very rude. I have been there several times and he never offers the ground shipping rate which is the cheapest option. sent a box to Richmond that always gets there the next day with ground shipping that costs $17. He quoted me $94 to get it there in three days. He does this every time and I brought it to his attention and he raised his voice at me and would not let me talk. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. He has also trained his employees to do the same thing.

I had to get an important delivery next day (Saturday) to a business expecting my package. Options were clearly presented. But then I got a notice of rescheduled delivery (so now delayed/late) with no reason. Long story short, Steven researched and called me in couple days to say was fault of UPS and check refund is in process. The staff there is always absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

The owner is very rude to customers and to the employees. He talks very rudely to the customer. Also he always constantly yelling at his employees talking to them very rude. We go there to give him business a he treats the customer really bad.
