Ashley Ramos, I typically shop online, however I love going to the Ulta in Leesburg and always look around to see if Ashley is there. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful in the store and always there to help me. She is truly an outstanding employee and an asset for the store. Thanks Ashly for your amazing customer service.

My partner and I visited Ulta today (06/12) and had a great experience learning about lipstick and hair product recommendations with Logan. Logan is a wonderful and knowledgeable individual that helped us a lot. I cannot recommend enough that Logan will get you exactly what you need.

Had an excellent experience with Sarah. I went in with one of my friends just to look around and ended up getting shade matched to a wonderful foundation. She was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up spending way more money than I intended, but I was really just super impressed with the products that she helped me pick out and did not feel like my money was being gouged. She also helped my friend and gave her a sample so that she could try it before she came back in to buy it. 10/10 customer service and it’s refreshing to see it. I look forward to going back to see her for all my makeup needs.

What a terrible experience!! I made a return only wanting store credit so I could instantly use it in the same store. (As a former Ulta RSM I am well aware of the return policy)
Tori had such poor customer service skills, she chose to go back and forth with me at the register instead of honoring my return and when she finally did her attitude towards me made me instantly walk out and refuse to use my credit at that store.
I’ve never been to an Ulta where the manager walks up to the register combative before they’ve even discussed what the issue is.. the cherry on top was her throwing the pen on the counter and telling me to “sign this” when the conversation did not go her way.
Leesburg store please do better because that put such a bad taste in my mouth I will never be back and will share that same advice to my friends and family.

Sami is a genius with colors - I have long red hair and she always nails my red. The last time we added some low lights and she gave me a gorgeous multidimensional look.

I’ve been going to Sami for a few years now, and she’s the best. She’s very professional and knowledgeable and super patient. We’ve had fun picking out different hair extensions, creating a few highlight combinations and hairstyles over the years. She also never disappoints with the product recommendations.Thank you, Sami. Sami is a godsend. My teenager has been struggling with her hair being unruly and chaotic for a long time. I scheduled her an appointment for a clarifying treatment and cut with Sami and she left with a huge boost to her confidence. For the first time in her life, her hair was manageable and she couldn't stop looking at herself in the mirror. We have seen SO MANY different stylists and none of them have been able to get her hair under control. We are so so grateful for the information that Sami gave us to help keep her hair under control.

The stylist initially bleached my hair and then applied red-violet color, but the color application was not done correctly, resulting in bleached patches throughout. Despite a root touch-up and the attempt to achieve a red-violet color, both services were visibly unsatisfactory. Upon payment, I noticed prominent white hair, prompting the stylist to reapply black color for root touch-up again. I left the salon in that state and only washed my hair at home again. Despite my request for the store manager to contact me regarding the issue, three days have passed without any response. This experience was a waste of money, and now I must seek another salon to redo the coloring.

Just in case the owner of the store is wondering why they're losing revenue, here's why: I had about $230 in merchandise at the checkout counter and asked if I could kindly receive my birthday gift. The young lady said yes and laid out a selection of tiny samples. After selecting the one I wanted, she rang it up for 1 cent and then asked for my phone number. Once she pulled up my information she saw that by birthday was a few weeks back in January and then informed me that I couldn't have the sample because it was now February. There were no customers in line behind me so I asked if she could double check with her manager but after consulting with her, she came back and said no. I'm actually quite shocked, knowing they have buckets of samples behind the counter and I was planning to purchase all full sized / non sale products. Anyway, I decided not to purchase most of the items and asked the cashier to take them off the order. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This used to be my favorite destination for shopping for makeup. I have had bad service every time I have gone in . The african American lady with lots of necklaces is always angry . She is always smoking outside . The testers here are dirty and covered in dust .
