I couldn't get past the sales associates swarming the cash desk and gossiping about customers. Leave the bitching when customers ARE NOT IN THE STORE. The total lack of basic retail professionalism is deep here. HINT when customers are in the store, stop gossiping and help them out!

What on earth goes on here?? Best customer service EVER. You cannot AI this, ya'll. Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why? Because she makes you feel informed, smart and EXCITED about UGG products. And so, I bought and I have future purchases already in my head for me, my family and friends. I intend to share my experience and will let everyone know, if you want to know about the world of UGG or just about a specific product, go see GENDER, or call her at UGG Leesburg. Thank you, Gender !

The shoes has a 70% off but they don't want to honor it because they forgot to remove it and claiming a customer changed it?!? Wow, amazing explanation. I hope someone could look into this because as far as I know stores has to honor whatever price they have posted. Also, they honored it to the customer before me because they're white and I am not. I wish there's a zero rating, what a racist store!

I came to the store #10046 in Leesburg, VA on 12/31/22. My kids bought me $180 short boots but they were too big. I went to the store with the unworn product and receipt and was denied return/exchange. The LID ONLY on the box had a dent in the corner. The Manager stated the boots were now "unsellable" and they did not have any extra boxes. The Manager was quite rude and disrespectful. The other customers in the store were becoming enraged hearing this exchange and offered me the box lid of their purchase. The Manager said she would still deny return because she would "know" the lid was not originally mine??????I saw employee at food court and she said Manager lied. They have multiple extra boxes/lids in the back. She said that corporate office tracks a store returns by location and manager. The rate of returns directly affects their performance appraisal and bonus so it is in their best interest to deny all returns!I have purchased Ugg boots for the past 15 years and I am shocked to learn this! This is a multi billion dollar company so they can certainly afford a customer refund especially since it will be a return customer. If the return is denied I will NEVER purchase another Ugg product for myself or my three daughters. I will also share my negative experience on multiple social media platforms.

Terrible customer service! There were 3 employees chatting near the register and ZERO customers in the store as my wife and I entered. No one said anything to us and they continued their conversation. We walked the entire store and at no we're we engaged by an Ugg employee. Even as we prepared to leave the store no one said a word so my wife "thanked" them for such a great experience.
