We came to exchange a shirt that was recently purchased from this location due to a broken button. Shirt is never worn and still had a tag. Jacquelyn, the sales person, refused to let us do an exchange, stating that we will have to pay the difference in price. That is fine, however, when we tried to reason why we think we should not have to pay the difference because it was a faulty shirt from their company, she got loud and quite rude. I've been in retail for most of my life so I get it - but to get loud and rude with a customer? YIKES! Definitely not going to be purchasing from this location any longer.

The lady working the register during the afternoon august 10th was such an amazing employee and extremely accommodating to my needs. My best friend and I have never been to a store where we have been treated with such hospitality and respect. I think her name was Anna or something. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding service. I was looking for a pair of jeans and she knew exactly what was best for me. Very professional and well kept. I need the CEO of the company to personally thank her.

I’ve shopped at this location many times, associates are awesome and clothes are always neat. One thing that I noticed today when I went to try on some clothes was that the cameras can see inside every single dressing room. There’s a camera directly placed in the back of the store (where the try on rooms are). It is in vision of the dressing rooms and the mirrors as well. That’s an invasion of privacy and not legal. Please change this.
