I've been taking our vehicles here for years, first our 2010 Highlander, and more recently our 2016 Highlander. The service has always been fair to moderate, consistent (with sometimes very lengthy waits for simple oil changes), but they've done well at keeping historical track of what's been done, what's coming up, and keeping the vehicles maintained (despite slightly higher prices than some of their competitors). I bought four new tires in late May, not the most expensive but not the cheapest. Last week I had my right rear tire go flat on me (think I ran over something on the freeway on the way home from work) and I noticed it Saturday morning. When I tried to get in touch with the service dept to determine what warrantee status was available for only 7mo old tires, I was told all teammates that could deal with warrantee service were busy, but they'd take my name and number and call back. That was around 11am. I hadn't got a call back by 2pm so I figured I'd call back and check, to which I was given the same story and told that I'd be called back when a teammate was available. I again checked in at 4pm (since they were closing at 5, which I mentioned to impress urgency that I needed to get my tire fixed/replaced so I could have a function vehicle). 5pm passed, service dept closed, no call back. I couldn't believe it...just a simple call to assess my situation and give me options would have been good. But, nothing. Needless to say, couldn't wait, carless, until Monday, so I went to a local auto repair shop and promptly had the tire replaced at a very reasonable price. It's now almost 5pm on Monday, and still have not been contacted. I've spent thousands of dollars at this Toyota service center, but those were the last pennies they'll get from this customer. Recommend other customers consider your options before committing to these guys...when you need them, the fall flat (pun intended).

WARNING: They are not selling with a "market adjustment" but are not selling at MSRP. Not without mandatory packages. Other dealerships add a market adjustment then give you "dent protection" and "paint protection" packages for free. This bait and switch is just more dishonest. Even if you specifically ask if they force packages, they will say no but then when you come in "SURPRISE BUDDY!". These packages will not increase the value of your vehicle and will just add more money to the loan/lease. They are also notoriously difficult to redeem for what qualifies. Toyota isn't forcing these packages, it's Autonation. Remember to avoid these guys when supply outpaces demand again.

I spent the better part of a day attempting to purchase a car that was not available. The manager apologized for his employee's action but offered no other suitable vehicle for purchase. This occurred in April 2021.

I've been waiting for two hours and a half and it be happened for the second time just to get a car's oil change. Didn't have any car on the waiting line before me. I got there at 1pm and I leave there around 3:30pm, and it's feels like the employees don't care for how long the customers have been waiting for.

Walked for my 12 pm appt and the service advisors were all busy on phone calls and had customers waiting. They seemed very over booked and overwhelmed. I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which took TWO HOURS. When I commented on this they said they had 40 cars today. I don't see why they would bring this up. This was my first service experience with my car I just bought and it was a horrible one.

Purchased a new Toyota Highlander here - it was an easy process. We used Truecar for the price quote, which they honor (and their price came in over $1,000 lower than competitors for the same Truecar quote.) Optional additions that were not on the current model were pricey, so we'll add those aftermarket. Good sales rep, great selection, good experience!

Very upsetting experience: These people send out oil change coupons and then claim that these coupons cannot be used for other vehicles that are not Toyota and were not purchased from them. The guy even claimed that my coupon is tied to a specific VIN number which was 100% lie and so sad that this person is OK with behaving like that to get his monthly plan on service dollars ($60 in this case!). Guess what, I have never purchased any car from them. Neither did my husband but they honored his coupon! The coupon does not say that the vehicle has to be the one bought from their dealership or be Toyota brand! When we asked their manager about it, he claimed that this coupon cannot be used because their dealership might not have parts or oil for other brands. In the next sentence, he confirmed that his dealership has everything for my Car brand! And accepted my vehicle for service, not the coupon.

No one here knows how to drive manual. They will mess up your car and the GM will not take care of you until you post a video about your experience and get over 4 million views .

After reading all the reviews I was very hesitant to take my vehicle into this location. Unfortunately I was forced to simply to make sure I was getting the proper vehicle part that was needed. They ordered an entire replacement part, which was not needed. Only one piece was needed. The technician wrote up a new order to make sure work was only being done that was necessary. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I was able to go on with my day, no issues. At pickup time I was VERY nervous. Wasn't sure how bad the damage was going to be. They ended up getting it covered under warranty and it was 0 dollars. That was a very pleasant surprise! So now my car is fixed and looking fabulous and it didn't cost me anything! Also the technician and mechanic that I worked with were really great. Thanks so much! Note: the staff is very busy but as a team they made sure I was well taken care of. I also saw them taking care of others in a friendly and professional manner. So for all the negativity I just want to say that wasn't my experience at all. Great job at Autonation in Leesburg!

This dealership is great! I recently moved. There is a dealership more convenient. However, Toyota Autonation is much cleaner and their customer service is excellent. It is well worth the drive.
