When I want to buy purchases they are friendly but when I want to return one of them their behavior completely changed to me. I bought lots of clothes from this store, I spent $290 !! But my son’s T-shirt has bad quality after one wash, its color changed, red colors come to white color . I had the receipt and tag, but they didn't return it and because the t-shirt has been washed once, they didn't accept it from me. Shouldn't you wash the t-shirt or throw the t-shirt away after washing? And they tolde me go out , it was terrible.I never go there again.The seller man was rude.

Very bad customer service at This store in Leesburg Outlet. The ladies in the cashier treated us very bad today, the way they are talking was impolite.For the manager of this store should hire much better people who know how to treat their customers.

Don't buy anything from this store 701 (kids and women clothes). Unprofessional customers service.I went to the store to buy jacket for my wife And asked for help. They left me waiting for about 15 minutes. And when I asked again for help the woman who working there she was rude to me."Tommy Hilfiger" should not give chance to rude people to represent their brands.

I love this store. Their goods are beautiful and their discounts are even better. They also send you additional discounts when you subscribe to them by email. What is better than this? Haha? Of course there is nothing. All of the Outlets are amazing. I strongly recommend them, especially during the period of discounts, holidays and occasions.
