I would give the below zero star customer service is the worst the lady with red hair and the guy were giving attitude and not helpful at all, they gave you the feel that you bagging them or they give stuff for free, I wouldn’t recommend them and I hope the company do something because apparently I am not the only one had the feeling of racism and not has been treated well. ZERO star ????????

This store really deserves zero star. There is one particular lady who is a little over weight gives attitude problems to the customers who are not caucasian. Really racist. I politely asked her a question and she answered it with a stern and curt voice.
Estee Lauder, you need to re-train your staff to be more friendly. There are other alternative brands out there are much better in price and reputation.

No wonder you guys here have a bad review, a store assistant was very rude asking not to open the box while there's no example bottle in front of it. And the box wasn't sealed.

i came in the other day and bought two items, the cashier was very nice, but keep in mind she didn’t tell me my purchase was final sale meaning i can’t return it exchange anything. i came in again to return an item i didn’t really like, the two ladies there with an attitude told me i can’t return or exchange anything, by reading other peoples reviews seems like the attitude with the employees is prevalent here, don’t think i’ll be coming back.

Worst costumer service ever.Older lady gave me mean look and told me I can’t try any scent ,because my brain will go “ku-ku”never had such as an experience like that.You just can’t treat costumers like that.
