I love this target location. It's clean, safe, and organized. There are employees working the self checkout and multiple registers, so it doesn't take long to check out. Staff are friendly and helpful. There were very helpful employees at the customer service where I needed to make some returns. I recently went to a target in White Marsh Maryland(which used to be my home store) and had a completely opposite experience. I have never had issues with the Leesburg target, but after visiting another store that was lacking in many areas, I have a new profound love for the Leesburg target. I look forward to my next shopping trip!

Ever since they shut down the self checkouts early, we're forced to wait in the lines for the cashiers to check us out. However, this process makes waiting in line longer and just wastes our time of quickly going in and out of the store. Target needs to allow the self checkouts to run until the store closes.

I wanted to buy two perfumes that were locked in the Ulta beauty section. I asked an associate if they could find somebody to unlock the cabinet for me. I waited about 10 minutes before asking a second associate. I waited another 10 minutes before flagging down a third associate Who pulled out her phone to call somebody, just as a 4th associate walked up. She asked the fourth associate to unlock the cabinet for me, the fourth associate pulled keys out of her pocket, looked at me and said “I just clocked out. There’s someone else, but I think she just clocked out too.” She pulled out her phone made a call, the girl she was calling didn’t answer. She told me again that she just clocked out, Then said “you know what it’s fine, what do you want perfume?” I told her two. She told me again well “I just clocked out but I guess I’ll get it.” I just turned around and left If you lock things up, you should have an associate available to unlock things for customers. And it’s ridiculous that everyone with keys were “off the clock”

I wanted Kiwi Express Shoe Sponge Black. The app says in was in stock. In was, in fact, not in stock. Not in the back inventory either. Wasted my time going. App is annoying too.

When I went to check out, the open lanes were a bit full, but Hope graciously opened another lane. Also, I had a credit in my electronic Target Wallet, which I wasn't quite sure how to use. Hope patiently explained to this old man how to access the barcode to use. You definitely need more employees like her!!!

Only one set of self checkouts open on Sunday afternoon—Target getting worse as Walmart, of all places, getting better.Edit: all self checkouts closed at 9 PM on Tuesday. Embarrassing.

A shame! I called for 1 1/2 hours to see if lost credit card was there.They were there because they kept hanging up. If busy, just ask if customer to call back.No customer service skills.

Been calling for a few days and it doesn't matter which department I select I can't get anybody on the phone. It runs for a while then just disconnects. It's almost like they don't want my business.
