I had a very frustrating experience today at the store, where I’ve been several times, both alone and with my mom, to pick out gifts for family members. Today, I went to return some items and use the credit to buy new ones. A young lady, who knows me well and had been assisting me, handled the transactions.
However, right before I left, another staff member told me I couldn’t leave because one of the return items was in the wrong box. I had purchased three earrings of different colors but accidentally placed one in the wrong box. She mentioned this issue after everything was processed and insisted that I would need to repurchase the item because it was in the incorrect box.
I asked if there was any other way to resolve the situation since I wanted to return the black earring but had mistakenly put it in a pink box. She said it was not possible as it would mess up their stock. I explained that I had driven an hour to get there, not just once but several times, and never had this issue before. I felt it was unfair to have to pay for their mistake or make another long drive just because they didn’t check the codes, only the items.
I hope the management team addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff. Good customer service is crucial, even in an outlet store, and staff should be more attentive to such details to avoid inconvenience to customers.

They have a very good selection of nice diamond and gold jewelry and other items made of crystal reasonable prices very helpful staff the gift ramp items for you was able to find several items to give to some family members today they will make great Christmas gifts so it was very good shopping here today and we do recommend highly the store for your convenient to find nice Crystal and nice gold and silver items from watches to necklaces to earrings whatever you might find for or want for your girlfriend or wife

I went in to return something today and the woman in there was extremely rude and hostile. If you don’t like people, sit at home or do something else. Don’t open a store and be on your high horse. For you to treat customers with utter disrespect, you either have truck load of money and you don’t have to do the job. So please don’t.The lady present when I had purchased was however polite and helpful.

I went in with my wife and my daughter at 5:30 pm on 31 Dec 2021. We were only customer. We asked to see some jewelry in the display. She says that she would do this later and asked us to wait. After several minutes of waiting she was busy with computer to close the store by 5:45 pm. Very poor service. I would like to thank her since my daughter and my wife did not have to waste money on this place! Thank you and I hope you and your family receive same service in 2022.

Staff named Kristina helped us. She was not helpful at all and top of that she was rude to us.It would have been easier for us to stay longer and buy something from the store if she was friendly.

Horrible customer service. I was not allowed in without a mask even though I have been vaccinated. Today is the 28th of June, 2021, and this policy is still implemented. ??♂️
