Rude teller. Sharon needs to find another job, she always makes transactions more difficult than necessary. Unbelievable attitude even after 2 years of doing business at that location. Better to go to the branch a mile or so away, so much better customer service.

zero stars! Went to this atm drive thru on 2/18/2023 at 7:19pm to deposit $250 in my checking. 1 bill was $100 the other 3 were $50. It stated it would deposit $200 but the the $50 was unable to process and they would be returning. Upon returning it then had a message pop up "unable to return contact financial branch". I have tried to call and leave messages. I know it was the weekend so I have tried to reach them all day today and no answer. I am on the phone with the truist bank and they are also useless. I literally gave them the time and date of when this happened, I also have pictures of what their atm stated through each message that popped up. Worst bank. I will be closing my account today.

I've been going to this branch for several months now since the BBT branch closed; this one opened.Most times I've been treated with care and respect.Several months ago Truist fraud department called me regarding a strange charge on my debit card. They ended up filing a claim for meThen a week ago I noticed a strange entry on my bank statement. I did some research and went to the branch to discuss what happened. They suggested I close out the account and open a new one...which I did. I then received a document that I had to sign and turn in.I have talked to the teller before...I explained to her what I was doing with the document with turning it in. She was asking we what was it for etc..it was related to an account breach ..she still questioned me about it. I said I'm just turning it in. The branch manager heard and said just make a copy and give it back to the patron.

When the name "suntrust" went away, so did the integrity. I just explained to the manager that I was charged $35 for blocking a particular business, even though no one explained this charge to me during the phone call. She said "well, I'm sure it was clarified that you would be charged..." NO. IT WAS NOT. I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT WAS NOT EXPLAINED. That's literally why I came in. Suntrust never charged me for this simple service.I explained that this lack of transparency was the root of the issue, and Truist should take responsibility for failing to inform me of the cost of this service before rendering. That is business 101. She said "sir, I disagree with you. You are welcome to call customer service." Transparency is not important to this company, nor is accountability. Its not about the $35, I have $40,000. I don't need it. It's about NOT wanting to work with thieves over the years. It's about disrespect, and a lack of professionalism. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Nicky has been so fabulous. Opened an account for my minor daughter in 2017 and transitioned to “adult†in 2019. Every single time, she is professional! She is friendly! She does a great job!

I went this morning to this bank to cash a check, I'm not a costumer in that bank. But my surprise was that the person who assist me she wasn't not even close to friendly. A smile or at least say hi. Just look at me and was polite with and say good morning. Otherwise she wouldn't speak a word. She didn't even ask how I wanted my cash. Speechless!! I was thinking to open an account in there, but with I saw this morning. I don't think so. Not first time this happened. Hope they improve their staff. Bad impression..
