Can't recommend Stone Gables enough. Travis and Frances were incredibly nice and attentive. The property is amazing and well-kept. Room was cozy and bed was comfy. It's located close to several nice wineries, which is a bonus. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Will definitely book again.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this quaint, luxurious, scenic Bed and Breakfast. This is our third time returning. The food is excellent, the owners are lovely (the Inn changed owners in 2023
and both sets of owners have been great), and the grounds and rooms are clean and well kept.

We had the best time at Stone Gables. First things first, the building itself is beautiful, sparkling clean, and smells so good (I think it’s all of the wood). Photos really don’t do it justice. The grounds are also beautifully maintained and frequented by deer and so many birds! We enjoyed blackberries from the field behind the main house on a walk one morning. The pool was also an awesome and unexpected feature. Francis and Travis, the new innkeepers, have included a million small touches that made our stay very memorable—homemade marshmallows and pre-built fires for s’mores so all we had to do was light some paper when we got back after dinner, organic superfruit popsicles in the freezer for pool time, e-bikes on the property for exploring the area, and super comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious, made to order, and changed every day! The e-bikes in particular were perfect for getting to the three nearby wineries and made for a very fun afternoon.
Leesburg is an great weekend destination (a fun, historic downtown, wineries galore, breweries abounding, and antiquing adventures all await), and Stone Gables was the best home base—relaxing, comfortable, and super nice.
Also a special plug for the Loft: the spiral staircase will no doubt deter many, but you actually have the entire upper level to yourself, very private and spacious.

Such an enjoyable stay! Beautiful building, tastefully decorated, cozy spaces like a reading nook, game/puzzle room, screened porch allowed us to enjoy the whole building, not just our room. Our hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. There were several options for breakfast each day, with accommodations easily made for dietary needs. The pool and grounds are nice but the rainy weather kept us from enjoying most of the outdoor space. (We did get to watch the beaver in the pond, though!)

An oasis in the desert on our journey through the country. Travis was so kind and helpful to us weary travelers. Our room was so nice and cozy, and the shower and bathroom were amazing. The stone floors felt good to walk on, and we felt right at home. It was easily the best breakfast we ever had in the morning. The grounds outside were so beautiful in the morning. We're very thankful for our stay, and if we're ever coming through again, we'll stop by.

The Stone Gables was a wonderful B&B. The hospitality staff were awesome, so friendly and helpful. They accommodated to my dietary needs being vegan. The pancakes were so delicious! The rooms are so quaint and clean. Will definitely go back again!

Some girlfriends and I rented all (4) rooms at the Inn over the weekend, and we had the best time. Stone Gables B&B is an idyllic bed and breakfast (even in the dreary winter weather) and the rooms were all beautifully decorated. My favorite room was The Leesburg, but every room was unique and lovely. We appreciated the extra touches like sparkling wine on arrival, hot tea station and bath salts next to every tub. After some shopping and wineries in the area, we relaxed in the living room with some desserts (Leesburg Gourmet) and champagne. Travis and Frances are lovely and prepared the most fabulous made to order breakfast- the brioche french toast was amazing. We loved their bulldog, Brutus, as well. I can't wait to visit again during warmer weather to enjoy all the outdoor lounge areas, blooming flowers and fire pit (with smores kits!). The Inn is booked up every weekend for months out, so plan in advance.

Just came back from a January stay at this lovely Leesburg bed-and- breakfast. Absolutely beautiful B&B offers wonderfully romantic environment located on a gorgeous 10 acre estate. Hosts Daryl and Frances were lovely hosts - so welcoming and certainly talented chefs! Enjoyed a delicious 2 course breakfast that exceeded our expectations. Already planning our trip back in spring. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place more stars I would! We had a girls weekend here and we’re treated like queens. We were welcomed with glass of bubbly by the fire when we arrived. The rooms are gorgeous, with soft sheets and very comfy beds. The breakfast was yummy - the best French toast I have ever had! Getting an Uber to visit the local wineries was a bit of a challenge but we finally got one. The owner even offered to take us when she saw us struggling! A MUST DO!
