This was our first experience with Trek. The service was A+++ on our e-bikes that needed attention after three years. The staff was very courteous and professional. They gave us an initial estimate after doing a quick check of each bike upon dropping off. The bikes came back to us after about a week like new. Highly recommend. Thank you Trek.

My first visit went very well, Dave is an awesome bike mechanic and everyone on the shop floor so helpful in explaining and discussing how we could make the bike better. Dave fixed the derailleur hanger of the bike and aligned it and the fixed the shifting , he walked me through the process of indexing and setting the limits on the mech. He also recommended some of the improvement and other part replacements with the reasons. I see this bike shop as one of the good shops which are there in the mountain areas where the bike enthusiast are not only there for the profit but helping people to be on their bike and shred again.

I recently bought a Trek FX2 from Trek Leesburg, and the experience was fantastic. The team assembled my bike quickly after it arrived, promptly notified me when it was ready, and even added a kickstand at my request. They walked us through everything about the bike and helped load it into our car. Great service from start to finish!

It was easy to shop online to narrow down the type and model of bicycles that best fit my needs. Going to the local Leesburg shop continued the ease; Phil worked with me from beginning to end and gave me a "bike fitting," allowed me to test ride the bike I was honing in on, and scheduled for its prep and putting the accessories on for the same day where I could pick it up before they closed. The cherry on top was that my vehicle wasn't equipped to transport my new bike back home; Phil outfitted me with a loaner bike rack, making the entire purchase experience a breeze! I like how it was a non-"salesy" approach to purchasing the vehicle and the quality of the products.

Continuing poor customer service. Never acknowledged, despite standing at the checkout register. Overpriced merch and poor customer service is the death of brick and mortar sales.

The services and team members are always top notch! From the first time I entered the shop, many years ago, I was surprised at how I felt like a friend to the staff in the store; who gave tips and personal recommendations geared towards me and not towards a sale! I tell all my friends to come to this shop, and they too have been very happy with their experiences!

Tater greeted me at the counter and proceeded to diagnose and fix my squealing brakes within a few minutes. Could not be happier with the service I received!

Went to the store with my Son and Father a few days ago to look around. One of the associates took time to work with my Son and had him ride one of the bikes. He didn't have a lot of confidence, but with his help, a little motivational video from YouTube, and coaching, he went home wanted his training wheels off. Within 15 minutes he found his balance and got the hang of it and is riding his bike. I wish I could remember his name so I could formally thank him.

Phil was excellent in helping find the right bike. He went the extra mile, was very patient, and helped answer all the questions to make sure I was making the best decision. He deserves a big raise!

Brought my bike back to better than life. Miracle workers. I was given a '93 Trek Singletrack 950. It was in bad shape. I could get it ridable but that would be like doing a patch job on Swiss cheese.
I know nothing about Trek. So I look up the model and it is one of the best chromoly heat treated frames and forks with lugged design that had great components with a small cult following. "STEEL RIDES BETTER!" they all scream. I figured the bike was free and it's a good bike take it to the Trek store near by.
Dave and Ethan and Sandy and Hasan are awesome! Dave is an earnest customer service rep. He meets the customer where they are at in their head, their wallet, and their bike. He asks questions you may not think about and takes care of customers in a way that is quite literally something that should be rewarded.
Let me explain, Dave helped me and answered my 57 questions, and then went to help a customer. Their wheel chair had a flat. Dave passed me off to Ethan. You know that one guy who is a wizard with wrenches? That's Ethan. But back to Dave for a minute. Dave spent the next 30 minutes digging through tubes and tires to find the correct fit for the customer. 30 minutes of any professionals time is expensive. He only charged the person $11 for the tube. Trek Leesburg "If it's on wheels and powered by you, we will find the solution to your needs." What Dave did was something he did not have to do. But he did.
Ethan is the guy that let Dave breath and continued to answer my questions as fast as I could think of them. I am an intense person and can wear on someone real quick. For Ethan, Physician of pedal powered wheel machines, I was not a problem. I am a BMX rider from the old days, and boy, he talked like I knew him for years. Not only did he talk about the riders of the old and mid school BMX but he was able to use that to make analogies to my 950 I was having get fixed. She was a hurt lady and I was not capable of saving her but Ethan could and did.
While I waited I had a free Sprite they have for customers and Sandy was killin it at assembling bikes. She had a full on conversation with me about dogs and didn't even break eye contact. I would like to say she assemble 3 bikes during that time. That sounds like an exaggeration, but I don't think it is. It seemed like the colors on the bike stand kept changing.
Eight days after I dropped ol'girl off, Ethan and Dave rolled her out to me and I thought of that Mad Max Fury Rode quote "Return my treasures to me, and I myself will carry you through the gates of Valhalla. You shall ride eternal. Shiny, and chrome!" She is gorgeous! Mind you I haven't been on a mountain bike in 10 years and felt like I had never been on one. But I rode it a lil around the store and Hasan, the sales rep, gave me a few tips on where to ride, how to adjust the bike, how to get used to the gearing, and things I could purchase later on. Then we sat there and talked BMX, dirt jump, Danny McCaskill, and all the areas to ride for a novice rider Like Lake Fairfax.
After a Sprite, jaw jackin for an hour, I left and hit the rode. It took me a minute to get used to Hasan and Ethan's tips but I quickly found my flow. What's that old saying about riding a bike? Ethan serviced the gears and drive train. SLICKER THAN GOOSE GREASE ON A LINOLEUM FLOOR! Dave found the tires that I felt like would be best for me and man, like car guys say, "Tires... They're pretty much everythang!" The breaks were so good that I didn't use the front brake AT ALL. Otherwise my next ride would be Loudoun Fire cause I went arse’o’er tea kettle. I peddled for about 45 minutes on the WOD. My legs did get a little fatigued but not like I thought. My heart and lungs on the other hand were on fire! I finally got home and drenched in sweat fell myself down to my chair satisfied my 45 “28”
