All the employees were helpful and very friendly…. Aside from who I’m assuming was the store manager. She was rather rude to employees and in front of people too! Telling them to get out of her way and to move it. She was very demanding and critical of some of the employees. It was very unnecessary. No one should treat employees like that in my opinion regardless of the situation, let alone in front of customers.

Heidi was very helpful, courteous and shared a very good knowledge about the different types of shoes and offers. Very good outlet.. Also Mahima was very kind and helped me to choose the right shoes that fit me. Thank you so much for the service rendered.. Shoes are very comfortable.

Rude associate asked me to find pair of shoes because it wasn’t in the box and she thought I misplaced it. It was right near the box. God bless the associate with good attitude, life and health.

Went in several times over the last year and got no assistance. I had seen the slip-on advertisement and seeing more lately. They are even advertising for men's shoes. This store has zero slip-ons for men. I checked every isle. The whole front is filled with women's slip-ons.

This is a typical Skechers store, though outlet , it doesn't seem to have lower prices.There are plenty of sports shoes and sneakers , with some workout apparel and accessories.The store is well managed. However, I had a question, but I couldn't find a store assistant to help me. ( contrary to 3 other similar shoe stores in the same area, which all had store accessories ready to help).
