“Got fitted for a new pair of pointe shoes here and it was absolutely amazing! The employee was very transparent and very helpful. She told me what was wrong with my current pair and how that could be fixed. They have a good selection of leotards. They also have so many styles of pointe shoes and all other types of dance shoes. Very helpful and a Lovely place to go!”

“Great shoes, good quality ,High price by considering other mid range tier brands.They have a good selection of styles, basically European style , that I like it more.Their size ranges are better than many other competitors, especially small (lady size) shoes like size 5, and/or for men with wider toe size, which are not easily available elsewhere.I don't like to buy clothes, dresses, and shoes online, I'd rather to put them on and try them , especially if there are good options and varieties of sizes like ECCO Store.There were store associates ready to help you or if you had any questions.The cashier was nice and polite.I will definitely consider them for my future shoe purchases.”
“I get all of my shoes at this store. The downside is that they don’t post all of their sales on the outlet website and I make the drive from Baltimore, so I just have to go on the when I “feel” like there will be a good sale. With that being said I often find great deals, today I bought 3 pairs of women’s running shoes for under $100.”

“Carter's is always a goto store to buy clothes for 1-2 year old kids with reasonable prices, clothes hardly fit them for 3-6 months. You can find different variety of clothes for kids all the times at any carter's store.”

“The store is clean, organized, etc. as any store should be. But I wanted to write this review to give recognition to a specific employee: Maria. Maria was an absolute angel. She was so kind and helpful. She offered to hold a pair of shoes for me until tomorrow (because I forgot my card) but I realized I had enough cash so I ended up purchasing anyways. She helped me set up an account and get a birthday discount. Maria is the best employee I’ve ever encountered while shopping at DSW.”

“First off I’ll start with the location: next to new balance, on the Old Navy and American eagle side of the outlet. Kinda across from VANS. My assistant who basically ran the entire store until her coworker arrived as I was leaving was named Daniela I believe but so she’s not confused with someone else if I got her name wrong her Salesperson ID IS 703436. She was AMAZING. There was a rush of over 10 people in different little groups and she kept everyone happy at the same time. She let me sit there and figure out which ones I wanted and where I would get them (which was awhile) and checked online inventory and called a DIFFERENT store just to see if they had what I was looking for. I had to call the store multiple times before I even got there and she answered every time (despite being busy) and directed me to the store and let me know if what I was looking for was in store in my size. And I’m not the only one who felt this way. As I was leaving a couple complimented her many times saying words like lifesaver and “keep up the good work” and stating multiple times how much they appreciated her work. She deserves a raise and perhaps a higher position because she is on top of EVERYTHING as ONCE!!”

“What on earth goes on here?? Best customer service EVER. You cannot AI this, ya'll. Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why? Because she makes you feel informed, smart and EXCITED about UGG products. And so, I bought and I have future purchases already in my head for me, my family and friends. I intend to share my experience and will let everyone know, if you want to know about the world of UGG or just about a specific product, go see GENDER, or call her at UGG Leesburg.
