Went last night to get 24 cans of nicotine pouches and wanted to get 2 cartons of ciggs for my uncle but the manager “Wes” wouldn’t allow that! Sheetz limited is 24 pouches and up to 4-5 cartons of cigarettes. I called the general manager “Albert” today and he said its up to the cashier/ manager to do whatever they are comfortable doing. So sheez rules don’t mean anything to the managers here :/

Our work crew stops daily for fuel and food. Guys stock up on coffee, energy drinks and fresh sandwiches.

I said to put $30.00 of gas on Number 5.
The employee didn’t smile when ringing me up.
Went back inside to ask if he put on number 5, he said he put on number 3.
Had to wait 7 minutes for my gas and Gavin asked random customers “are you at pump 3”.
I was late to work this past Wednesday due to this situation.
I understand mistakes happen and human are human.
However need to confirm with customer
For example: $40.00 on number 8 to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sheetz is TCF: TOTAL CUSTOMER FOCUS!!
Very IMPORTANT.

My expectations weren't met when I ordered a larger size red alert+ dark espresso but got only an espresso.When I asked about it, the employee seemed annoyed. It's confusing how "large" translates to just one shot. It makes me wonder what the regular size is like. I also could not identify the employee because she did not have her name tag.
Note a double espresso is $1.99 so I paid $4.25 for a single ?

Food is total trash didn't even give me what I ordered they must put it in the microwave until it reaches the temperature of the surface of the Sun this place is slop man cheap imitation of a 7-Eleven. I really don't know what all the fuss is about this chain because it sucks worse than Wawa

This Sheetz is amazing. It's one of the big ones,......All made out of brick. Solid place, well stocked, Clean. Employees have really good attitude, and are very helpful.

Always "out" of Diet Dr Pepper. Ice cream machine is always "out of service." This is bull - oney. The employees are simply too lazy to refill these machines. They hate doing it, so they put a fake out of order sign up instead. Tell me how I am wrong. This is the absolute truth.

They are a liar I go in hoping for some ice cream now I don’t care about the vanilla or the chocolate one I was wanting some pineapple so I walk over to the desk like hey you guys are out of cups And they say We’re out of cups because the ice cream machine is Not working I told him the pineapple is so can I get a cup and she said probably not even after I say it is working
