Scheduling and using quests website is extremely painful. I wonder how they even exist in the business. I wasted my 2 hours just to schedule my appointment. The websites wouldn’t work and automated scheduling system wouldn’t take my name. One of the worst e experience! I hope they close this business!

Please update your hours if you are not going to open by 7:30am. There were more than 6 patients waiting and the office was closed almost until 8:30am.

Terrible. Cannot get ahold of a real person via phone. Hours show closed for lunch 11:30-12:30. Arrived at 11:10, apparently they decided to take lunch early today. So frustrating!

Quick, easy, and painless. That is all you can really hope for with a lab appointment. I received a text prior to my arrival to check-in from your phone. That was a seamless process, and my orders were all in the computer. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Later that day, I had a tiny localized bruise that disappeared quickly. This was a better experience than the location on Market St and the one in Countryside.

The phlebotomist was experienced and gentle when finding my very tiny veins. He was the only person at the facility so he was solely responsible for communicating with those in the waiting room and drawing the blood, dealing with deliveries, etc. I think having one more attendant to help with those waiting would be convenient.

For a walk-in center it’s really bad. How about getting a second employee here or committing to take the people that are here already checked in and not turn them away

They get 1 star! So furious with them. Made an appointment for 7:50 this morning. Got there at the time they said and a line is in the hallway to get in. There office door locked and it was after the time they open ... 7:30.... Waited for an hour and they never opened. Thank you Quest for your consideration for others. Granted I was going home but others there had work and school. But you seem to not care! What a waste you are!!!!! You people are the worst !!!!!! Unfortunately the only lab available in our area... so we are stuck with you. I'm sure your other locations are just as bad ... as I have heard!!! Lucky us !!! Hopefully you can get your freaking act together!!!!!

They definitely do not care for walk-ins - make an appointment online if you can, but even then, you'll be waiting for far longer after your appointment time

Another year end blood test, another trip to quest diagnostics facility near downtown Leesburg. Unlike last time where I was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes, this time it took over 45 minutes for me to be done. This was on account of only one person manning the entire station doing the paperwork and also doing the blood draws, which led to some unhappy and angry customers in the waiting room. Having said that the blood test itself was not painful at all, the technician was very skilled and was able to draw blood with one poke and was able to explain all the paperwork and other things that needed to be done before I could leave the facility, so although not as nice as last time, it was still not a bad experience net net.

I am a patient that needs regular blood draws. I'm new to the Leesburg area and am always hesitant to see a new phlebotomist because I am usually a difficult draw as I was not blessed with good veins for regular draws.Today I saw Amanda at the Deerfield Avenue location and had a wonderful experience. I told her that I can be a hard stick, and she reassured me that she is very good at helping those with my concern. She quickly found a great location to make the draw and was completely painless.Unfortunately for Amanda, she is the only person that Quest has assigned to that location and she is very busy. She informed me that she sees on average 45 patients per day, and she is there Monday - Friday all day! If you want to be seen at this Quest location (and I highly recommend that you do), you must make an appointment beforehand.Thank you, Amanda!

For the past 4 years I've lived in Martinsburg, I was disappointed b/c I thought this place didn't exist... but it does! It's imbedded within the Shenandoah Community Health Center. Quest actually services the centers laboratory and were super fast when I arrived there on a Thursday morning around 9:15. I was in and out in ~15minutes.Unfortunately, the name "Quest Laboratories" is NOT advertised anywhere!

Everytime I schedule an appointment it gets canceled the same day!! This has happened twice. What’s the point in making an appointment if they won’t even see you.

Had an early morning appointment for bloodwork. Waited almost 30 minutes for Quest at Lansdowne to unlock the doors along with several other patients (opening time was 7:30am). I left at 8am since the door was still locked and my appointment time had passed. I made a different appointment with Quest in Ashburn and they did a great job. I will only go to that location from now on.

I was seen with very little wait time by Erica who was very kind and patient. I had a lot of labs to get done but she handled them well and only had to stick me once. The office only has one employee so if you dont make an appointment you may have to wait but overall I had a great experience.

I brought my mother in law here for blood tests prior to an upcoming procedure. We were seen, at our appointment time, by Erica who was very helpful, patient, and thorough. I am giving four stars, and not five, because it is absolutely absurd to have just one employee on duty at a time. The waiting room was filled to capacity with what seemed to be mostly walk ins, many of whom were unhappy and said they had been waiting for quite some time. There is no excuse for such a large company to operate as cheap as possible by employing as little staff as they can. This has been my typical experience with other local Quest offices, the employees do a great job and always seem to be overworked, very clearly due to piss-poor management.
