Here is an update to my review. I don't know what's going with Puma's quality control or manufacturing process, but the 'wide' black is NOT like the 'wide' green pair. After giving them a breaking in period, the black shoes are UNWEARABLE! The pain in my feet from wearing those shoes is unbelievable considering the 'wide' green pair still feel great. I will probably never purchase Puma shoes again. 2 pair of 'wide' shoes of the same kind and different color should not fit so dramatically different.
What a wonderful shopping experience! Malik went above and beyond (IMHO) to find the shoes I was looking for. I needed a wide pair of shoes in black (I currently have a dark green pair) and I could not find them at a different Puma store. Malik went in the back and after a couple of attempts found (or made) the shoes I needed! He personally was like we had been friends all our life! He was super friendly and super helpful! I look forward to purchasing another pair of shoes from that location! That’s the kind of customer service other stores need to adopt! Almost forgot to mention got a great price for the shoes as well.

I purchased two items with a buy one, get one 50% off promotion. Nevertheless, the cashier declined to apply the discount, possibly due to my status as a tourist. His conduct of compelling me to pay the full amount without the discount was unacceptable. I express my disappointment towards this Puma store for such behavior.
Not advice to tourists.

Had to bring something back and the employees couldn't have been more helpful. Spent 3 times the money in there that I had originally been refunded. They were that awesome.
