“13May2024 My first time in here. You’ve seen the other posts that have pics of this place. The mailbox’s inside are dated. They look nothing like the metal mailbox’s in other post offices.
This place is small and the parking lot is the same. There is an automatic machine you can mail letters and packages from it.
Customer service was nice and quick. Not crowded with a few people in line.”
“This place has its charm and the people working there are always trying their best to provide good customer care. It’s also never too busy so it saves a lot of time if you need USPS. Watch for opening hours cause those are slightly limited.”
“This is probably one of my favorite post offices. The facilities are very well-maintained the machines are all operational and the staff is very friendly and personable I've never had an issue with getting anything sent and they were very accommodating when I needed to have my mail redirected when I was new to the area so I highly recommend them. PLEASE be patient and respectful to the staff, I've experienced some pretty rude customers unnecessarily raising their voices to the staff.
The parking situation isn't too great, spaces are quite limited and the parking lot runs the length of the building so people tend to congregate near the entrance the only issue issue with the parking as a result of lazy or impatient people.
Lastly, they have great hours of operation!”
“The facility is small so expect longer waiting times. But staff is friendly and helpful. People who is in rush should go to the other major location in sterling as waiting might be a quite long due to how big is the line”
“Historic building. Tiny parking lot that can be difficult to navigate. Not busy. Usually only one employee working, but rarely a line or a wait. Definitely prefer this location over the other.”
