Store was clean, service was ok, food was a little scary. I didn't finish it because I felt it might have been fully cooked. I love Popeye's Chicken, but this trip has cured me for a while.

Popeyes has better chicken than Chic-fil-a by a substantial margin. However the service is not as good. I don't get it. If they just copied Chic-fil-a's etiquette and used their already superior chicken, they'd completely knock their competition out of the park.That said I'll still go here over Chic-fil-a just because the chicken is absolutely better and there is no comparison to be had. 700 calories for a chicken sandwich allows me to enjoy several times a week while still staying in my caloric endzone.

"I recently visited the drive-through andwas disappointed with the service. Thestaff seemed unfriendly, moody and unhelpful.I had to repeat my order multiple times with 2 different staff , one of them was eating and taking my order at the same time (unprofessional)and even then, it was incorrect. WhenI brought it to their attention, they were giggling andseemed unconcerned and didn't offera solution. When i ask for a refund on two things i did not order ,i was giving deep breath attitude . The whole experience feltrushed and unprofessional. When my order was given to me after waiting almost 20 minutes in parking lot, I was missing my fries, when i was walking in the store to ask for my fries in the main floor there was a tiny rodent that took off in to the kitchen, i have phobia to rodents so left store without my fries and left the rest of the food in the trash, did not even bother for a refund. Hope theycan improve their customer service by replacing them with new workers.to provide a better experience forcustomers.

For the second time now I get my order home and they’ve screwed me out of food. How hard is it to put the correct 4 pieces of chicken in a box? If you’re out of the breast then just tell me. Instead they substitute it with some tiny indistinguishable piece of what I hope is chicken. Obviously by the number of bad reviews over a period of time they don’t care enough to make any changes. I would say I’ll just go back to the Popeyes in Leesburg but by the looks of their reviews they’re still just as bad. It’s worth the drive to Bojangles which is better anyways. At least they have dirty rice which was the dumbest move ever for Popeyes to get rid of

Very rude employees. I placed an order online for pickup and after some time came to pickup hoping that the food would be ready but they didn’t even look at the order until I came and told them the name, then they started preparing my order. I was standing for long time and no one came. They were just talking to each other. This is not what good service looks like.

I'm not sure what is going on here but the drive through is a mystery. I've given this location a couple of tries and I think I'm done. Like many of the other reviews: super slow, inaccurate food orders, and cold food. With so many other options I think I'm moving on.

Oh my!How hard can it be? Fast food fried chicken. You will think that you might be on ahidden camera show to see how you react to the clown show operation they run. Unreal how awful the service is here. It's hard work to be as bad as this place. So many decent options in Leesburg. Choose any.None operate as poorly as this place.

Placed a drive thru order for approximately $50ish dollars. The guy in the window kept fiddling with this box outside the window, then proceeded to cover our drinks - no gloves or hand washing. The attendant was a bit short as we requested items: napkins, sauce, etc. but we placed a big order.They got the order wrong: regular chicken versus the requested spicy and no spork (ordered red beans and rice). We went back in to let them know and they corrected it. When we left, we realized they took the chicken and biscuits so we went back in to let them know. They gave us fresh biscuits.As we finally got on our way and eating, one of the kids said their chicken looked red. Pulled over to check and it looked undercooked. Another took a big bite and saw blood.We had to pitch everything m.We called to let them know: no answer and no call back from the message left.

3 Small Dryed chicken for 14.00. Terrible service with a bad attitude. Big difference from chic filet service
