Service was incredibly slow. The teller didn’t seem like she even wanted to help me with my transactions. She treated me like a criminal like I did something wrong by asking for a withdrawal. Then I asked if I could have a new card printed and she went to ask another associate closed the door behind her and did not even come back to tell me that it would take longer than 30 minutes. She asked so many personal questions about what I was doing today and where my doctors appointment was and why I couldn’t wait. Incredibly uncomfortable. Have never been treated like that.

Not helpful at all. Couldn't answer any of my questions, Couldn't point me in the right direction. I see why PNC is closing most of their stores. You don't appreciate your customers. Especially you, Diego. Rudeness doesn't get you very far. I got my check cashed, no thanks to you. You might as well shut down this branch location as well, PNC.

Zero stars we’re not an option and I’m frankly aggravated with PNC all together but particularly this branch and specifically Diego that helped me with a loan closing recently. This bank simply does not care about their customers anymore unless you’re in their private banking system.

Costumer service is never great, and they don't offer any alternatives or suggestions if they can't help you at the moment--unlike many other PNC locations where service is friendlier and kinder. Also, the drive-through is awful. It's too narrow, and you can see how many cars have been unable to avoid hitting the curb/posts just by looking at all the scratches.

Always a pleasant experience. If I have to go inside there is sometimes a wait. Very typical of a small branch, IMO.

Came into this branch to deposit a check and get cash back. Let me add.. this is a check from my other account at another bank that I've deposited Every two weeks in the same exact amount for the past 4 years. Maybe 5 if I were to look back on my records. The teller watched me stand there fill out the deposit slip (while she ate her McGriddle breakfast sandwich) and then after I'm done tells me. She Won't give me cash back on this because of the check being another bank. THAT IVE DEPOSITED EVERY 2WEEKS FOR YEARS!!!! Thanks but no thanks I'll just go to my local bank.

I went to this PNC branch last week to purchase a cashiers check. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the lobby, and both people who helped me were friendly, professional, and efficient. I had a great experience and will return with any future banking needs. Thanks, PNC!

I went into the PNC bank in Leesburg to ask about student accounts for my kids, they said I'd need to give background info and "proof of employment" which I thought was odd. The manager declared something about security concerns, in reality it's likely their attorneys gathering up information they don't actually need...but prefer to have on hand. Told them thanks, but no thanks - I'm just not willing to hand out personal information in order to appease other people, when they don't need it. There's something wrong in the background of PNC most likely, they've got a trouble and they're trying to mitigate it by holding extra information on the rest of the accounts as due diligence. (Why is Yelp's review saying I'm from Culpeper, I'm not from Culpeper...we live in a technology age which seldom ever works correctly.)

Terrible! Firstly, the lady at window asked if I needed to fill out a deposit slip, so I said yes. She said she could do it for me. At first I said that was nice of her!... but then I said, “I haven't counted my money yet.†She said, “it's ok just give it to me†.. I paused for a second.. “Why would I give her a chunk of money that I haven't counted?! I should know how much I'm depositing. There was no line behind me, I should not be pressured. She even looked so impatient and annoyed. I said, “you know what.. forget it!!! “ Then I drove off! 2ndly, next to the rudenness, their ATM machine. The cash deposit feature never worked the couple of times I tried to use it! 3rdly, their drive through is so difficult to get into!!! So narrow and has an odd turn to it!!
