I recently transferred from Anytime Fitness and can tell you I’m thrilled with my initial experience with Planet Fitness. Gym is significantly larger, has vastly more equipment, and it’s clean and well made, not to mention less expensive. It’s a no brainer distinction. My only concern is what was the only advantage Anytime had on Planet-you guessed it-hours of operation. I still go back to Antron weekends, as I’m an early riser.

I travel for work and go to PF clubs all over Northern VA; this location is my favorite. Cleanest, new equipment, and employees that want to be there.

I am extremely disappointed with the cancellation process. I came in to cancel my membership about two months ago and was told it the request was processed and I’m still getting charged. As a result that it wasn’t cancelled I have to come in again to get this canceled.

Let me start that, for the price, you get what you pay for. HOWEVER, this place is consistently so overcrowded your standing in lines 4 people deep to use a machine. Otherwise, clean.

Unfortunately they are not 24/5. There's about 9 people who sit outside in the parking lot Saturday mornings waiting for them to open starting around 6 am...... Times should be adjusted to be open earlier than 7. They're only 24 hours 3 days a week and that's not what their business states on the websites. The planet fitness in sterling is open 24 hours 7 days a week, hoping leesburg will adjust to be the same as I know many many people wish it was.

The staff is super friendly! The gym is spotless every time! I love the atmosphere as well. Everyone does their own thing and the other members are respectful to others working out! This is by far the best gym I’ve been to!

The facility is clean and very well taken care of. I like that they have sanitation stations around the gym. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Overall, the vibes are good. Most people show an awareness of others around them and don’t hog equipment and machines.

Only issue I have is they're not 24 hours, 7 days a week. Staff is always nice and pleasant, clean gym, clean locker room and everything all other planet fitness's have equipment wise. A little on the small size and does get crowded but overall a gym I frequent and enjoy.
