They did an absolutely wonderful job restoring a very old photograph for me ( mid 1800's). The attention to detail was amazing. They got the project done in 3 days and were responsive by email and phone. Easy to get to in Leesburg and made me feel like a first priority. I highly recommend these people.

They did such a wonderful job on transferring the reel to reels to cds! They made it sound like my grandpa was right in the room with me! Fantastic job and very affordable!

Both of the persons I talked to at Photoworks were exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely nice. And, based on what I saw in the shop, their ability to restore photos is top notch. However, the challenge seems to be their vhs to dvd business. I delivered my vhs tape, paid a deposit and was promised a three week delivery date (the technician would be on vacation for a while and not able to take immediate action I was told). It actually took 7 (seven) weeks to get the tape transferred to dvd and the total cost was 26.00. I expected at least the offer of a 10% discount or some form of restitution for the additional 4 weeks I had to wait for my dvd especially given that I stressed that I needed to take the dvd to Atlanta for a family trip which clearly didn't happen.

I am an amateur photographer and needed some critical fundamentals before I head off on my first adventure photography trip. Neil took my last minute call for a private lesson and spent 3 hours with me today at his shop. He is a talented instructor with an extraordinary depth of knowledge and knack for teaching complex principles in an understandable way. It was money well spent, and I highly recommend anyone seeking to expand their photography knowledge base to reach out to Photoworks! Great experience!
