Rude! Why did we even go in? The store is a mess. I believe the employees are being paid to be extremely rude and to be on their phones because they certainly are not straightening or helping guests. The worst customer service. They all crowd around the register and do absolutely nothing. The positive reviews are clearly employees and not paying customers.

If i could give this store negative five stars i would . I checked the time online and it said it closes at 8 pm and when i got there one hour before closing , they were closed . The employees were right there looking at me , this place is being run by teenagers who close whenever they feel like .

They never are open! Employees run it however they want too. Two employees were there walked in and refused to open store @6:00 when they said they would return.

Horrible and very rude service. We asked to measure something and very rudely he told us that it was closed and he passed by us and he did not answer us and just yesterday I came and they let us pass. I would like u to know the type of people who work in this store

Never open, bad service and i very rarely find anything in this pacsun location. Says open 12-5 I show up at 2 and it is closed. No employees in sight. Do not come.

Drove 30 minutes to exchange jeans, when we got there it was an hour after opening and doors were locked. Peaked through the windows and didn’t see a single employee..

Don’t ever step foot in this place! Employees are rude, refuse to do their job, make you move boxes on the fellow to get to register, give our fake names, call security on you when you take their picture to provide to corporate. Corporate will tell you the employee has been fired, we are sending a gift card and an apology written out for you to give to your stepdaughter from us, yet they don’t follow through on a single thing promised. Which is why just 6 days ago someone else had a negative review. They choose to employ people who could care less about their job let alone the rules of social norm and human decency. Also, they don’t have AC and haven’t got at least a month. They blame this on covid, of course.

It was closed when we got there. No one was working doors locked even though it was during their business hours and online said it was open.

I have attempted to go to this store THREE times in the past 3 months and every single time they were closed. One time they were closed from 3-4:30 like a previous poster said, one time they were just closed for the day, and another time they closed at 3 pm on a weekend day. I would like to never go back, but unfortunately my kid really likes their clothes. This is a sad way to run a business.

Was closed when we came by. Apparently, to them, going on a 1.5 hour lunch break during peak shopping hours (3-4:30) is a good idea. You literally have a 6 hour work day and you need a whole hour and a half? Hope they automate all your lazy a’s outta work soon
