This is a business you wish all businesses would model after. It's professional and clean. Charles has been my therapist since 2019. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is so passionate about his profession and will go over and beyond to resolve your pain and make you better. He is one of my favorite humans.

Likely the best physical therapy I’ve had. Charles is super friendly and knowledgeable, and pushes you just enough to make progress without too much discomfort. Very kind and helped me learn the reasons behind my issues, how to fix and prevent. Recommended by my orthopedic dr, easy to see why.

I had the worst experience at NOVA Rehabilitation with my 9-y-o daughter since day one. The bad experience was with CEO & Founder of Nova Rehabilitation, Vinod Mathew. He treated us very disrespectful and unprofessional. Everything because I asked him to explain the reason for the high amount of copay I was being charged when my medical insurance had confirmed it was a less amount. I asked for the contact information of his billing department and that's when he became hostile, refused to provide it, told me to look for another place to take my daughter to and took my daughter off the schedule for PTs without notifying me. I found out she was off the schedule as I called the office to cancel the appointment one day because my daughter got sick. Vinod Mathew is very arrogant and needs customer service training. His front desk staff and PTs are good though.

These people are like family to me. If you have neck issues, Charles is an expert. They all work great with each other. Anything I ever need they make time for it. Charles writes up beautifully detailed reports for my doctors, and my doctors always ask me, "Who is this guy," because his service is superb. He really knows his stuff.

Charles is wonderful. I had frozen shoulder really bad and he pushed me really hard at times even though it was extremely painful and I wanted to stop. His demeanor definitely helped and joking at times. I know he was just doing it so I wouldn't have problems later. I will never go anywhere else again if need be.

I totally differ from the reviews posted here. My husband was a patient for a month with them and situation went from bad to worst. His frozen shoulder problem didn't change at all. We had to switch therapist after a month and went to another facility. Will not recommend at all.

NOVA Rehabilitation has been an awesome facility for me the past 5 months post shoulder surgery. I give this rehab clinic 5 stars based on the people who work there, their experience in helping you , and making you feel at home. Vinod, the owner gives personal attention/ detail to your needs and makes personal connections with each patient during a visit. Geo, the receptionist is also wonderful as she greets you with a smile and makes sure to accommodate your appointment and insurance needs with every visit! Their PTA , Chris who also worked on my shoulder was amazing. He pushed me to break through scar tissue and improve my progress when I may have needed it most. He is a true asset to this clinic & I enjoy coming in each week to work with him. The other DPT, Charles is also very personable with me and other clients even though we may not have worked together....I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get better with an injury or post surgery. I'm still in treatment & will miss this team when I'm finished!

Dr. Vinod Matthew and Charles I've been incredible in alleviating double planters fasciitis, sciatic, now spine back area dry needling, tens machines, cold in therapy, machine work on isolating muscles and using my insurance I've been incredible !!! I highly recommend this practice and have to 5 of my friends and all have had the same amazing success! Reminder if you receive exercises to help with her therapy do not forget to do them makes all the difference!!!

We initially visited NOVA Rehab for PT on my wife's and my bad knees. Upon discussing her situation with Vinod Mathew, her PT therapist, and Dr. Akhtar, her orthopaedic surgeon, my wife decided to go ahead with the knee replacement surgery and the physical therapy required after the operation. Through the entire process, Vinod and NOVA Rehab have been key players knowing how to navigate before and after surgery to minimize pain and maximize effectiveness of the surgery. We can't thank Vinod and his organization enough for a superb job!

I couldn't praise more Vinod Mathew, my physical therapist, for his good care, patience, & sense of humor that kept everybody going.It meant a lot to hear his kind words & encouragement. Shout out as well to Charles Mack for his professionalism & his way of motivating patients. And last, but not least, Chris Kirby- Smith who did not hesitated to step up when needed. I am not forgetting the front desk lady with her welcoming smile who makes you want to come back despite the pain. I miss you all already!I would highly recommend you to my friends and acquaintances. This is a wonderful physical therapy practice in the Lansdowne area. I have received excellent care from Chris for two different surgeries/injuries. I have only observed another therapist there, Charles, but can confirm his patient care is superb. The "boss," Vinod, is excellent, but so are these two therapists. I highly recommend them.
